Very bad costumer service I took about 40 min to someone help me Short staff and when I bought the cards they ask me for tips ,when I order food ask me for tips Everything is money and the service sucks. It was in Bellevue and very slow of business and no body helping me fast

Dave and Busters needs to train the staff better. We had a reservation for 9, they did not have a table ready for us, we had to ask for plates, napkins, silverware, water, the server did not get everyone's order, forgot to serve everyone's food, forgot most of our drinks ( actually only served 2).

We went late at night, and it was such a nice time because it wasn’t busy at all. We were seated right away, and our waitress was so sweet—she came over quickly to take our drink orders and brought them back just as fast. My sister was the only one who ordered dinner since the rest of us weren’t super hungry, but she absolutely loved her meal. She ate every last bite, so I know it must’ve been delicious! After dinner, we headed to the arcade, and wow, there were so many fun games to play! The prizes were great too, and I loved how easy it was to load credits onto a money card—no fumbling with tokens or tickets. It’s such a perfect place for families or a group of friends to have a fun, carefree night. I’d definitely recommend it!

We were celebrating my son's birthday and arrived about 15 minutes prior to our reservation. The line was long to check in and the host was running back and forth. She really could have used another staff team member to help! We were asked to wait until our 6pm reservation to be seated. That was fine with us. It was just our little family, so not a party. However, we still had to wait another 10 minutes for our server to show up to our table. We arrived during happy hour which was great to get some good deals on the food. However, the nachos we chose were disappointing. There was a staleness to the chips and the taste was off. The flat bread was ok, but basically just cheese pizza and not really a true flat bread. The margarita and Blue Moon were good deals and tasted great. One person in our party ordered a chicken ceasar salad and said it tasted great, but definitely strong on the anchovy taste to the ceasar dressing. Kids had a blast using their arcade cards and earning prizes. They loved the selection. We thought we might get an ice cream or something special for my son's birthday celebration, but no offer of that. We had had that at other Dave and Busters in the past when we let the server know it was a special day (it was also listed in our Open Table reservation). We purchased churros and enjoyed them. Overall, we compared our experience with the other restaurant north of us and preferred the experience we had there over this one unfortunately.

Destiny was the worst server I have ever had. She was awful. She was rude and unprofessional. It was a party for my son's birthday and we had reserved a large party. She made us split our own bill and she never checked on our table. The complaints go on and on.

Our table wasn't ready for 20 minutes after our original reservation time, we waited in line for ages to be told that other patrons weren't leaving so we had to wait and then we were placed at a table where not even half our party could see the TV (we stated in our reservation we were coming for the game) and we also didnt even have enough seats for our table. When we asked to be moved to a different table once the other patrons left, I was first told that the establishment does not care about their overloading and maximum number of people that theyre allowed and that there was too many people in the building and they overbooked. Once a "manager" came over they gave me lots of attitude and waved their finger at me, i was immediately uncomfortable and retreated. We were told that they first weren't sure we would have a server and then placed us in the sports section with a table large enough for our reserved party, however they turned one of the TVs off of hockey, almost to prove a point as they also had told me there was no table where every single seat could see the TV (however where they placed us could.. if they hadnt of turned the TV onto a different sport instead when everyone in the section was watching the canucks. The "manager" that had waved their finger at me with attitude then came over and offered a free appetizer and really wanted to apologize but it felt forced and fake and made me more uncomfortable that they came up to me when I was alone after our first interaction. We then were charged for the wrong drink which was $4 more than what I had been drinking the whole time, the server just decided to bring me a different one for fun, we also hardly saw her. I will not be coming back and hope if others go they have a better experience.

Over all everything was great, our server was amazing, she did great job but I don’t know why Dave & busters can’t hire more people to make the service smoother and faster. Hire more people
