So i reserve a table and have a special instruction to include an order of cake with a happy birthday on it. We got there and it says theres no reservation , its open seating. So my my special instruction not gonna happen.

We had a Birthday Party for our son and his friends. He loved everything about it the service was amazingly great 😊 our waitress Sky was so sweet and friendly and helpful with us , it was perfect.

When I made my reservation, It asked for any “special requests” along with the special occasion in which I said it was my fiances birthday and was hoping for like a birthday dessert. No effort was made to accommodate this. We didn’t get any silverware and it took forever to get it, my mother in law ordered a flatbread and the dough was raw in the middle. I made it clear we had 2 children with us and still wasn’t given any crayons or coloring pages even though I had asked. Every single counter there had 1 working person and had to stand in lines everywhere you were. It seemed horribly understaffed.

We were seated and then forgotten for a while. Staff did finally come around and then took another 1/2 hour for drinks to order and 20 mins later they arrived. Food started to arrive hour and half after and the staff made very very odd excuses for completely forgetting 1/3 of the orders. Then staff was pretty much gone for the rest of the experience preventing the use of forks for the table or ketchup for dipping. Love the arcade would not have a birthday lunch there again. They were well aware they had a couple large parties planned , I asked they were all planned for a bit and reserved. Unsure why they were not prepared.

Nice place to take the kids on a Saturday afternoon. I didn’t care for having several tables around me that needed to be cleaned as we were eating. The tables need to be bussed more frequently. It does have a nice selection of food and drinks.

The food was alright. it nothing great. they try really hard to be good with weird flavors. had a cheese burger but it had some sweet sauce. don't do that. also the pretzels sticks came with 2 sauces and while the beer cheese sauce is awesome the camel chili sauce was gross. don't do that. for a kids birthday just come here to play games.

Got there a little early and they sat us down and then after two minutes got our drink order and after that got us drinks and took our food order. All while it’s loud and hard to hear him and hard for him to hear us. He seemed a bit miserable but I understand since I would be too working at a loud place. But I get why it’s loud and there nothing you can do. It’s an arcade. But besides that the food filled us. The drinks were tasty. And we had fun.

The menu change resulted in diminished appeal, diminished quality meals. Overall atmosphere is what you'd expect: loud, bright, bustling, fun. We were advised to make a reservation to avoid the hour wait for a table and 55 minute wait for service. We arrived at our reservation time after confirming 3x online only to be told " it's open seating. You don't need a reservation." REALLY?
