My husband and I reserved a table for 9pm. We went to check in at the desk and the front desk attendant told us to sit anywhere. We took a seat in the first dining area, and we're promptly told we couldn't sit there-- something about maintenance. We went to a different section and took a seat and we're approached by another member of wait staff to tell us we couldn't sit there either. We asked where we should sit and he pointed to a third area. His attitude when we explained our confusion was less than plesent. From dinner, I attempted to fill my play card on the app, to no success. After three attempts, I went back to the front entrance to where I the same greeter at the front told us that the cards I had weren't valid so they wouldn't load, and that I had to buy a new one to play. I expressed I felt paying for a new card when I already had 2 was not practical and was told that was my only option. To avoid disappointment on his birthday, I bought the card so we could play. This led to a new presentation of problems including games not working correctly and attendants not arriving to help. Overall we left without choosing any further prizes and felt disappointed in the night.

We had a very good experience at D&B. We took my son and a group of his friends for his birthday. We were really impressed with the staff. They were welcoming, attentive and just plain nice. You can tell that the company works hard to find great people.

Food was taken away while we were still eating. Games took money and didn’t work. They didn’t help was told someone will be over by the game. No one showed up.

Dimitri was the best server! So helpful when dealing with 4 crazy boys for a birthday party. Brought out food fast and patiently entered my 3 gift cards.

Our family (ages 13 - 77) visited D&B for my teen niece's birthday celebration. I hadn't been there in a VERY long time. It was quick and easy to get a large table dining reservation. The food selection and quality was very good, better than I expected. The value to add game cards was also very good. We were able to take advantage of a $14.99 for 1-hour of unlimited play special, which was perfect for our group. We were also able to bring in store-bought cake for the birthday celebration. The arcade was fun, as always. It was a bit loud, as always, but the music was high energy and great. The best part of our visit was our server. Tyjah was awesome! He was friendly and helpful and SO patient when we were trying to split the check and get all the right meals and game cards to the right groups. I was impressed by this young man. He provided exceptional service!

I bought Costco gift cards for Dave and Busters and I saved a few dollars here by buying the digital gift cards. I had "frequent gamer" points on my Dave and Busters app which earned me a free appetizer. We went on half priced game night as well. The lady at the front desk insinuated that my digital gift cards that I had purchased were stolen because I had written down the numbers to make it more convenient to use them. This was somewhat insulting. I had trouble getting WIFI service in the building but eventually I accessed the email to show her my purchase. I bought a hundred and fifty dollars in game cards from her with these. After using my free appetizer coupon at the table and a little of gift card money I had left I paid the rest on my debit card and wanted to tip thirty dollars but couldn't. When I asked the server how to tip he said I couldn't because I had used a gift card. I insisted that he help me find a way to tip him and refused again. It seemed as though he had seen my discounts and he stereotyped me as someone who wouldn't tip and now he wouldn't help me find a way to tip. This was insulting. For four people I spent a little over two hundred dollars, it wasn't exactly free. The food was delicious, the games were amazing, the restaurant was fun but the service was rude slow and insulting.

I reserved a table ahead of time when I got to D&B they had no tables . The host said she would text me when my table was ready ! I never got a text never got a table . We sat at bar and they kicked us away because my 9 and 12 year old could not be sitting at bar.

Had fun but the $19.99 combo pack was a little misleading. There are only certain types of entrees you can order with it. At the end of the night, payment became a hassle and our waiter had to get manager’s approval on everything so it took while for us to leave when we were ready.

The food was not good at all. We ordered the garlic fries. The first one came out cold. We let the server know she brought another one out. It was also cold. She said she was gonna put in a new batch of fries. The third one that came out was hot, we ordered the flatbread pizza nowhere on the menu. Did it say it had onions on it but it came out with a lot of onions on top. I’m allergic to onion so we sent it back and they brought another one out without onion. We also ordered the quesadilla with onions on the side. It came out with onions on top , every dish we ordered had a problem with it. Not sure what the disconnect was with the kitchen, but was not happy at all with the food.

Been years since I ate at D&B.. had heard they upped the food game since I’d been there. Was surprised at how good the food was. Pretzel sticks were very good. Had a burger and was done perfectly. The service was great too. Everything came out efficiently and quick.
