   We reserved a table for 6pm. Got one of the bay areas, which was ok. No seats besides a bench that had 2 small round tables for a group of 10. It was for a young kids party. Reservation is for 1.5 hours. No stools originally, saw some at the next bay, (which no one was seating at) and took them so people can sit. One manager came up and said they needed them back at an area because they had another party come in. So i asked where can we sit then at first she said idk not her problem and i said well i reserved something first so i need somewhere to sit. So she came back a few mins later and said she would pull up some tables to the bench seats and we can sit there. Got two tables and everything was going good. We ordered. 20-30 mins go by part of our groups order came out so we’re thinking more is coming out. Nope waited another 20 mins some more came out then an hour at this point goes by two people are still waiting on food to get there, it finally gets delivered, but it was ICE COLD. One person didn’t eat and the other person asked for sauce and then waited 10-15 mins for sauce and finally got it and said they weren’t going to eat. Said screw it, let’s just eat the cake (which i provided), and be done. We ate that and now I’m trying to catch someone attention to get my bill. Waited ANOTHER 30 mins to get the waiter. I told him i need to speak to a manager at this point because it’s 2.5 at this point and getting ridiculous. I talked to the manager and said no one should pay their bill at this point because everything literally sucked. Manager said he would comp it. During the whole process of the food being cold the manager had the nerve to ask how much longer we were gonna stay. Disappointed about the whole night. Good thing it was for a young kids birthday and all he really cared for was the games but service was horrible, food was horrible. If i could give negative stars, i would have.

   Although I feel for my server we sat for 30 minutes before we were even greeted or got drinks, our server did not have a note pad or anything to take notes so when our food came out although what we got was right what I asked not to get on the burgers and or on the burgers was wrong but by that time it had been almost an hour and 15 since being sat so my boyfriend just ate as to where I waited and asked for the things I wanted so I could cover up the 1000 island sauce i specifically asked not to be on the burger. He did come back and check on us which I was thankful for but at the end when going to pay he brought back the wrong change. It wasn’t like a little bit either it was almost 40 dollars short and he was just going to let us walk away if we did not notice. Even after correcting him he still did not try to get out anything and do the math and still was going to give us the wrong change. I’m still a big believer in tipping 20 percent so even after all that he still got a good tip. Definitely not the best service and was a little sad as this was our first night away from the kids in forever and we only had limited time where most was spent dining and waiting to even be waited on.

   We were seated at our table and waited 15 minutes for a server. Asked one waiter he said it wasn't his table so I went to the hostess and she apologized and said she would take care of it. Here comes Trish (a sweet young lady) and apologized and said she would be taking care of us. And YES she did !! She was amazing (even though we were not in her section) and was absolutely a great waitress. She smiled and was so very pleasant. She made up for what started to be a bad experience. Thanks Trish for making our night better.

   Food was really good and the service overall was good. We were charged gratuity for a large party even for separate individual bills that were much less. I also made a reservation for our business party and I called several times with no return call. When made my reservation online; however, I had no issues.

   The noise level of the mysic was excessive. It wasn't very busy and I had to yell just for my table mates and waiter to hear me. It was not busy at all and from the time we sat down, it was 30 minutes before we even ordered and an hour before we received our food. Out waiter was nowhere It sight for 45 minutes and we had to go the bar to get water as our drinks were depleted for a long period of time. Our food was not very good at all for the amount we paid.

   Friends and I had a blast renting a bay for just $25 and playing darts.. so fun. Love the remodel; it's really nice. The food was really food. We were surprised at how good the food was - salmon, nachos, burger- all REALLY good!!

   The place is very nice, like the new updates, it looks spectacular, but the waitress service left a lot to talk about.!!! They took a long time to serve us and we had to go look for the waitress to bring soft drinks and things that we needed, the truth is I did not like the service they gave us.!! And the place was not even busy for them to have served us so poorly.!! 👎
