Had a great time. Food was delicious. Appetizers serving were small. Queso and chips and fried pickles were small servings. Service was a little slow Alton’s got our food really fast- just extra- ketchup, extra ranch, etc…. Games were great Also we did ask if peanut oil was used- had a peanut allergy- Had to ask 3 times… was finally told” it should be fine”. Wasn’t the most definitive answer… would’ve liked a more clear answer

Redheaded server with tattoos has serious attitude issues and couldn’t care less about us. Regret leaving tip as she barely did anything, very nonchalant, and hostile demeanor. All 4 of us could not get over the sour personality by the end of the meal. Will definitely request a different server if we ever go back. She was actually our second server. The first woman who served us was very polite, funny, energetic, helpful, and smiley. She jokes and asked questions, and we really wanted her back whenever we moved back from the bar area to our table. The two contrast in personality we experienced during the few hours we spent at Dave and busters is astonishing.

We had a party of four for my son’s birthday and we were all VERY pleasantly shocked at how good the food was. I guess we were expecting more of cheap bar food, but it was actually excellent! The spicy Smashburger was one of the best burgers I’ve had and I don’t actually even like smash burgers very much! Prices were decent, although our alcohol menu didn’t have pricing everything. I was very disappointed they didn’t have skeeball, but my son and his girlfriend had a blast playing for three hours after we left. Our waiter Jake was great, the manager Emily came and checked on us twice and my son even got a free play card for his birthday.

The manager was extremely kind and always made sure we were taken care of. Our server was also sweet and kind and and made sure to clear out table and fill our drinks. We felt very taken care of and the food was delicious!

Food was actually pretty good, better than I had expected. The kids had fun. It was an enjoyable night. We got more attention from the manager than our waitress who had the attitude that she didn’t want to be there and acted like it was a chore to check on our table, which it was not very busy at the hour we went. Other than that it was a very nice family night out.

The food and service was great. The kids enjoyed the games. Definitely will go back when we are in Lubbock again.

Great service, food was very good- our group had the smash burgers, chicken parm, chicken strips, fried fish. Manger came by 2-3 times and checked table.

Food was good but over priced. Our reservation was not ready and they said they didn't have it so the birthday child did not get game cards. Place was clean and not busy so wasn't noisy.

Great staff! An amazing manager who is always showing up to each table to make sure everyone is good! Both times we’ve been there she has gone above and beyond for our needs and just a great person!
