It was what you’d expect at a kids restaurant full of video games. Not bad, just expensive.

Before visiting, I made a reservation for my 16-year-old son and his friends through OpenTable, as instructed. I reviewed the policy, which stated minors must be accompanied by someone 25 or older. It did not specify that the 25-year-old had to sit with the minors, particularly outside the bar area, which was clearly marked as 21 and over. Upon arrival, the host insisted I dine with the teens, despite this not being outlined in the policy. When I pointed this out, the host remained inflexible. This set a negative tone for the evening. I won’t return and will share this experience widely.

Waited 40 minutes for drinks. App brought out after the meals. Waitress never checked on us.

The Eat, Drink, & Play combo is advertised everywhere as $19.99. At the Manchester location, there are up charges for the boneless tenders that are not advertised. Also, the server charges us over $30 for drinks that were supposed to be included. Mind you, we purchased additional bottled beverages. She then tacked on additional charges for fountain drinks as well. Unacceptable & shady service.

Go for the fun arcade and games, not so much the dining experience! Restaurant service is very slow. Husband’s meal came out wrong, which they fixed with no problem BUT it took forever! The rest of us had finished eating before his came out! Food was good though.

My kids loved that flatbread pizza... The Food was very delicious and the wait wasn't long at all. Great Service 👍

I felt disappointed that our server didn't tell us gratuity was included, so I ended up double tipping and didn't realize until I received my emailed receipt.

This is the second visit in a row our family was disappointed in our meals. Today was in my opinion the worst yet. I ordered my rib eye steak plain no seasoning or topping and also no mash and just fries. My steak came out with a large ball of butter on top of it dripping all over full steak and mash potatoes. I had to take paper towels and pat down the steak with them after scraping as much off with my knife. Plus steak was very tough. My husbands steak was ordered at medium rare and came out cooked as leather. It was horrible. He said his mash potatoes had an after taste that he couldn’t eat them either and they forgot his vegetable. We didn’t have time to reorder as we needed to be out of there due to the weather. Two others had chicken fingers and they were so dried out it was hard to eat. I even tried one to see. It was bad. Also, it was a family members anniversary and I asked if they can do anything. Maybe a scoop of ice cream with a candle. I was told no that they don’t do anything. One thing though was the appetizer was good. The manager came over and he said he would give us a little off our check of over $160. I told him no. We want one meal comped which was not unreasonable as four out of six meals were bad. I think we will go to Applebee’s from now on.
