I had a last minute party of 15 teenagers to accommodate (due to rain and needing to take it inside) and the manager Derrick couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. Their server, Lilly, was completely on top of things and upbeat. The food was good, the place was clean and smooth running all the way around. The kids had a blast. Thumbs way up...we will go back soon.

One is my girls had a burger with cheese and meat only. The meat wasn't cooked through. So she didn't eat it just a few bites. The nachos we orders up share had some type of cheese on top which we didn't ask for. I ordered a caesar salad without cheese. I got 2 tomatoes, the croutons were burnt the grilled chicken was burnt as well it was very hard, I had to eat around it. My other daughter had pepperoni pizza. She said it tasted like ham. I was confused, because we came a few weeks back with slot more of us and the food was awesome.. over all our server was phenomenal..

The food was cold when it came out. The burgers didn’t have much flavor or seasoning at all.

The service was slow and we were never given a bill just told the amount. Requested the hard copy of the bill and server had given herself a 30% tip. Check your bill before you pay. Front desk staff members were great and very efficient. The game area was fun, I won’t be using the restaurant again.

My first-time visiting Dave & Busters at any location. The games were fun and with the promotions going on it was very cheap. My only complaint is that when my partner and I's dinner reservation time came around, we could not locate the host at all to be seated. We waited for 15-20 minutes and the host never showed up, so we went to the bar to ask where the host was and it seemed like the other employee's didn't even know who the host of the dining area was, or where they were. The bartender was very nice and found us a table and even offered to be our waitress because the rest of the servers were either not around or were preoccupied with other tables. After we were finally seated one of the actual waitresses came to us and took over from the bartender. The food was very good and came out without a super-long wait. Mid-way through our meal a busboy started clearing out nearby tables, and it was immediately clear he had just come from a smoke break as the entire area stunk of marijuana, which was a little overwhelming and unpleasant. I would consider coming back here the next time I am in New Orleans as it was a lot of fun, I think we would just skip out on food and drinks as the service left much to be desired.

first time going to Dave & Buster's and had a great time. the food was good and great customer service. the only thing i didn't like was when the waitress gave us the bill she asked if i was going to leave a tip and stand there waiting for me to tip. which i was going to and it kind felt uncomfortable. but other than that, it was good.

Had so much fun. Finally somewhere dad enjoyed on his bday. Food, cocktails,sports and video games. Who could ask for more. The whole family had a blast. And they even give you tickets when you play the games to trade in for prizes when you leave. And the prizes had value. Not just throw aways. Me, my wife, my 16 year old daughter and my brothers family had fun for hours.
