To begin all the reservations were not in the system and we had a party of 40 people with individual reservations. They said it was booked and yet connecting tables that could seats everyone in two areas were never used in the 2 hours. Food did not come out together. One of our three meals came out well after the other two finished eating. They were unable to properly put our vouchers we purchased from their site on the bill. It took 6 times to correct the bill as they included the whole table. We were charged for items we didn't buy. This happened to 4 other families in our party at different tables. The bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. Gift cards can not be added to the app. The server and manager did not know this. We had to google what to do. Causing us to go to a separate line in the gaming area and have the money put on power cards, leaving a balance of $1.48 that we can do nothing with due to the package options. This is our second visit. We had many of the same issues last time and decided since it was a party to give it another chance. We will not return.

Came in at 5 for reservations I made about a week ago and they informed me that I'd have to wait since they had no servers.... the tables were all empty , although the place was full of people. I received a text that my table was ready about half an hour later although I stood there at 5:02 when the first text came through that it was ready, yet they were telling me no table was ready even with my reservation. The music was to loud and we all had to scream to talk, the food was salty and the lemonade tasted like lemonade powder mix... not the best experience but the waitress was sweet and did a good job.

Went for lunch with friends. The food was blah. Burger was served luke warm. Wings were fatty and a little under cooked even though I ordered extra crispy. $4 for an iced tea is crazy. VERY loud even though hardly any people were there. Service was scarce. This is our 3rd time and nothing has changed. If they don't step it up, they won't be in business long. $93 for 4 people. Two orders were lunch specials. Insane. The boys had fun playing the games. Our throats were sore when we left because it is so loud, you can't have a conversation without yellling.

My family and I had a great time celebrating my daughter's 14th birthday! I was grateful that the remote customer service worker was able to connect me to the store to assist with a modification to my reservation. I also would like to recognize Kristy, Bobby, Angie and Roger for their superb customer service skills in tending to my party's needs! Food was fresh, noise wasn't too chaotic considering the gaming & sports bar style! We will be back again!

We booked the reservation via Dave&Busters app and it was smooth. The greeter at the podium could not hear me due to the obvious background noise. They should have a wall like at Boise Idaho. The greeter sat us in the bar section and did not ask if we prefer a table, booth or to be seated at the bar. Server was super nice and took our order perfectly. On the other hand, the back of the house did not bring my food out correctly. Ordered the Full Rack of Ribs w/frys and Garlic Mash potatos. The order came out with Pineapple Slaw and the Ribs on top of the Frys and back of the house server said they put the slaw by mistake and he's bring out the mash potatoes in a minute. 3 minutes later a sad amount of mash potatoes came out and it was about a 1/4 cup of mash potatoes (with a good amt of about 1tbl spoon of butter on top) on a side dish that can hold 2-3 cups of sides. Our table server notice I forked a bit of the potatoes an did not eating the rest. He did ask if everything was OK with the potatoes. I replied I was not happy and he offered to take it away and get another and I declined, I told him not to worry.

I tried to dine with Dave and busters but did not receive service. Waited 20 mins before anyone came to my table then after ordering drinks I waited another 20 mins and they never came so I decided to go somewhere else with my family. It was very un organized and unpleasant experience
