We went to celebrate a birthday. This celebration was posted in the reservation, told to the host, and the waitress. Most places offer a dessert or sing a song, or something. They didn’t do anything for the celebration. We were also missing two orders. One eventually made its way to us but the other wasn’t recorded. Our waitress was nice and tried to answer questions about ordering game cards. It was hard to hear people talking at the table due to the loud ambiance. The food was just okay. The place was very clean and orderly. The gaming was fun, but the prizes could be upgraded.

Food took a while to come out and one meal came out much earlier than the rest. It was a bit odd.

We arrived at 5 pm there were 6 in our party the server came over about 6 minutes later took our drink order took about 10 minutes and she came back with 2 sodas and a water at that time by now it's about 5:15-5:20 (we have tickets to a show at 7) we told her we wanted to order she took our order a few minutes later a gentleman came over with the rest of the drinks. At around 5:40 we ask a manager about our food she said she would check on it it finally came out around 6:30 they brought 5 out of the 6 meals they forgot about one of them we told them we wanted our check cuz we had to leave the food was warm but not hot. Long story short it was horrible so we all left without someone getting their food

The atmosphere was fun and we had a good time playing the games. Our server was young and possessed an attitude, we felt like we were bothering her and everything was pretty straight forward. My husband had the Chicken sandwich and French fries and he enjoyed it. I ordered the chicken alfredo pasta which was reheated and swimming in oil, I had to keep stirring it and finally gave up (I didn't send it back or complain about it). The drinks were good and "purposeful" When it was time to pay for our dinner, the server recommended buying a $60 game card she said it was the best value (it did last us about two hours). When she brought the check the card was added to the bill and it increased the expectation of tip. We tipped based in the bill PRIOR to the card being added, because we could've bought our own card 6 feet away from us. When we went to play the games, we got an error message saying the card was inactive and we needed to go see the manager. I went to our server and told her the issue. She actually rolled her eyes, took the card and was complaining about it to another server right in front of me. Eventually they called the manager over and she was able to activate the card amd added some extra chips for the inconvenience. I would go back for drinks and games, but not for the food. We had been to various Dave & Busters previously and they have drastically cut down the menu and drink options. Thank you

Best fried pickles I ever had.. I would definitely recommend those. The wings were good and the pretzel dogs were good. My son had the pizza he said it was yummy.

Besides the music being so loud, everything else was great. My family and I were seated by the bar and got to take in some of the sports happening that day.

We came in at shift change and waited for 45 min for a server but after speaking to someone twice about it we finally got a very polite and apologetic waitress. Everything else was great.

My only annoyance with my time here was the amount of entitled men that come to the dining part of it and acts like they own the whole place. Unfortunately, this isn’t The Roadhouse movie and I’m not dalton… so I can’t just ask them “nicely” to leave. If only the management team could take this in consideration and remind the men specifically the white men, with receding hairlines, that they should take their attitudes to Bosley or wherever their preferred toupee consultants are. I encourage them all to eat their wings and shut the F up. :)
