Went in and was set at a table. Nobody ever came up and greeted us or took our drink/food orders for 25 minutes. We ended up leaving and going to get Mexican food. Plus, this Dave & Busters is way small and doesn’t have bowling, pool, laser tag, or any other games like that, like the other bigger ones.

It took us two hours to get and eat our food and the waiter was on their third day and had no clue what they were doing. Another waiter came to check in on us and see if we had ordered but was terribly inconvenience that he had to do so.

Hospitality is very lacks. Why reserve if it is not prepared and ready at the timeline we set? All my guests arrived exactly at the time of 4:00pm and the front entrance host immediately said, we would need to wait because no waiters were available. It took me to take the lead and push this young man to set up the tables, clean the tables to at least have my guest seated. That is not my job, but I want to be treated as you wish to be treated, with courtesy, respect and dignity. It was obvious my guests were all adults. And today's youths employed have no heart of skills to treat others as they wish to be treated. Communication, Courtesy, Consideration is not in their DNA. We chose to tolerate the venture for the sake of our reasons to being there. Have FUN with games. Adults enjoy games too! During the scope of reserving table for 8, I spoke to 3 not just 1 but 3 different customers service people by phone at different times, we still fail the hospitality test. As the host of my table, I felt I did all the legwork to make sure my quests were accommodated during our time there. I would like for your company OPENTABLE, to help me have Dave & Busters find in their heart to refund some sort of funds for the inconvenience.

The total cost for 2 ppl to eat was almost $100 omg that is so high one meal was $20 + tax chicken Parmesan with pasta and a bacon cheeseburger was almost $18 + tax 2 entrées were together almost $24 plus tax and I ordered a sweet tea but got a unsweetened tea. Idk why that wasn’t fixed even when I mentioned it.

We had made a reservation earlier in the week for Saturday. Upon arrival, we were informed they were at max capacity and could not accommodate our 2 reservations(total of 14 people). No solutions were offered. The hostess stated people arrive early and stay all night to watch sports and events that happen through the night and could not tell them to leave even if the table they were at was reserved. It is disrespectful to customers to not honor their reservations or respect their time. If the business does not make space for the reservations they should not be an option. Additionally, a phone call could have been a more thoughtful option than waiting for us to arrive at our scheduled time. It was frustrating to find a restaurant to accommodate our party last minute.

Showed up and my table was given away. I was told it happens all the time and I’ll be next in cue, waited 1.5 hours with no luck.

We know from experience that we won’t make it out for under $300, with half of that being dinner. We also know not to expect 5 star service, but it was really lacking this time. We had to request drink refills, remind our waitress of the items ordered, and wait an inordinate amount of time for the check. The food was as expected, but the service was especially lacking this visit.
