Its fun to go, eat and play. It is noisy, food is not bad for this type of establishment. I had the pepperoni flatbread which wasnt bad but I would recommend ordering it well done because the crust was a bit floppy. We also had a hamburger which looked pretty cook and my son ate the whole thing. Overall fun and decent food…

A large group of us (at least 12 everytime) get together here regularly and have made sure to follow the reservation requirements to make sure we are accommodated and servers know what's coming. I even make my reservation 4 weeks in advance. I also note in my reservation a request for a special seating location. Due to construction, that could not be met. What was most disappointing was that I was not notified of this until I arrived and brought it to their attention. Had i been notifiec in advance, I would have still kept the reservation, just requested a different seating location. Instead we were seated away from the bar area and "action". Additionally, our food and drink orders were incorrect several times. Lastly, we were told that there was a new billing system in place that could not split our checks as they had in the past and that one person would have to pick up the gratuity for all. After some discussion, ultimately, it was able to be divided by the restaurant but only after unnecessary frustration and me, the birthday girl, saying I would pay for all of it. We had never had issues like this in the past. For our group it wasn't just fight night, we were celebrating 2 birthdays, mine specifically being on this night. Because we are a close knit group, we didn't let these problems ruin the evening but the frustration level was definitely on the very high side. So, sadly, we will have to decide if we want to continue going here or not and referrals to this D&B location. Again, I might not have been as frustrated if there was more communication about the change to my seating request due to the construction. I understand there may be limitations but when the reservation note says "large TV room, want to watch the fights" and it can't be accommodated for a group of 12... a little more courtesy should be given. It's like saying I'm going for the arcade games but then all the arcade games except one are gone.

Our reservation was not honored due to there not being a host when we arrived. The person at working the front end told us to sit in the open seating at the bar. Our guest of honor who's bday it was had his order messed up and it took a very long time for it to be corrected because the kitchen was too busy. We also tried to order a beer that was on the menu and were told very bluntly that they didn't have it, without explanation. It was a mess.

Har a reservation, instead had to ask where to sit after 5 minutes of being ignored Sat at a table across from the bar waited another 10 minutes of being ignored before I asked the bar tender if We could get service Food arrived in a timely manner unfortunately burgers were cooked to death, lacked flavor and fries were cold Air hockey and various arcade games made the evening not a total failure

First time coming here. Our table was ready when we arrived. Our food was good which really surprised me because the food at these kind of places usually is not very good.
