We booked a table and asked to be near our friends and were told no because there was not an available table. The hostess then gave another party a table where we wanted to be and they did not have a reservation. We waited at the table we were given for 25 minutes and no one came to take our order or even speak to us. We then found out that the server didn’t start for another 45 mins in that section and they sat is there anyways! We got up and left and tried to get a drink from the bar in the middle of the arcade area. When my husband asked if it was happy hour the server “said I have no idea” and when he then asked what the hours were for happy hour she stated the same thing! Terrible service all around!!

Food was great and service was good. Took my nephews for lunch and a gaming afternoon and we all had a blast!

I recently took my family to Dave & Buster’s for New Year’s Eve dinner before a fireworks show, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. To start, the staff was very friendly and accommodating with seating, which I appreciated. However, despite having a 9:30 PM reservation, we were told that the dining room closed at exactly 9:30. This meant we had to sit in the games area, which was loud, crowded, and full of foot traffic – not the atmosphere we wanted for a family dinner. The food was another disappointment. Portions were small – more like something you’d expect from a trendy bistro – but the prices were extremely high. For what we paid, I expected larger servings and better quality. On top of that, I purchased three of the highest-tier game cards, which added up to around $300. However, because of Dave & Buster’s dynamic pricing model, where games cost more during peak times, we only got about 20-30 minutes of playtime before the credits were gone. It felt like we were burning through credits faster than we could enjoy the games. Overall, the facility felt more like a casino than a family-friendly game spot. It lacked the fun, relaxed vibe I was expecting. Next time, I’ll skip Dave & Buster’s and take the family to an event or an escape room – something where we can have fun without feeling scammed. Hope to see some improvements for 2025

We had a large group of 28. And they were able to accadomate us all together and had every thing ready for us when we arrived.

We were a large group. Staff was able to accommodate and keep us all together. The staff was attentive to the groups needs and did a great job of serving everyone all together! Great job!! Much appreciated.

Although we booked our reservation in advance, they didn't have a table for us. After scrambling for 15min's, they gave us options to either eat separately or add a chair in the aisle at a booth. We were a party of 5 adults. We then sat there with no server for half an hour. They were very apologetic and explained there was a mix up with who our server was. We had indicated that we were celebrating a birthday but, no mention of that. Food was excellent and we enjoyed the games and environment. Think we'd just eat elsewhere and just go for the games.

It was really busy but the staff made effort to make sure we were taken care of. Deals on food made this a fun day out. You can even redeem tickets earned for dessert or appetizers.

Our girl waitres was incredible, super nice but a guy that was there helping her earlier in the service went to put napkins in our table and threw them at us we where like shocked and the just tried to giggle it of when he noticed we were shocked. And we ordered the wings and by the 2nd and 3 rd refill the plates looked so big for 6 tiny wings and most of them were the skinny part of the wing…..we where here last year and it was a different experience

I went to Dave & Buster’s for the first time this weekend and was so disappointed. First I made a reservation online, when I got there I was pointed to where I should go and found no one to help for me 5 minutes. When someone finally arrived and I told them we had a reservation for a table I was told it’s closed. How can it be closed when you guys are accepting reservations?! Made me drive all the way to a different city to come here just to get turned around and said I can go eat in the arcade. When I went in there the tables were full of old food, it was a mess, and it was like the arcade was screaming. It was not a pleasant experience.
