The great food , service and the nostalgia feel of the restaurant gave off a great vibe to enjoy the evening.

Pretty good! I really enjoyed the smash burger, a little pricey. I would love to try the Rueben next time. Boozy milkshake was great. Definitely recommend getting that. Staff were great, I think my only suggestion is to change up the fries? They weren’t awful but something a little crisper and saltier would be perfect.

The staff/team there is fantastic and the service is top notch. The food was good. Atmosphere is great. The only downside was that the food all around was very very salty. That was common comment in our dinner party. Would be nice to see a cutback on the amount of salt used in the meal prep. Nice to have a really refreshing restaurant in the area.

Good parking. Our seating was comfortable and we really liked the mid century feel and imagination in decor. The restaurant was at full capacity. Every server, host and hostess we encountered was friendly and helpful. The menu is nostalgic and upbeat with lots of variety. Plan to spend a bit more time for your meal… but so worth repeat dining at this refreshing, feel good blast from the past.

We enjoyed everything about Dave and Lavern’s. The food was excellent no disappointment there. The portions are large, so you get to take home for later. It was a little noisy. Our server Hayley was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will go back again.

We are really happy to have another restaurant in the neighborhood. Menu, service and value - all good. Restaurant was cold though, esp the mens washroom. We found the tables too close together but that is the style! We will be back.

The food and service were fantastic, however it was very noisy in there. The loud music made it even noisier found it hard to talk to the person beside you.

We had a great time here! It was very busy, as to be expected, and the only downside is that we were sat at a table directly beside the entrance where there was a ton of people waiting. It would ordinarily be a fine spot, but since it was so busy my husband had somebody standing right in his elbow space! But that’s not really the restaurants fault… Haha! The food was AWESOME - the Oklahoma Smash burger was an 11/10. The general ambiance is also really great and we LOVED the gallery photo wall. So cute! Overall, we will definitely come back!
