    Was delightful service was great on how busy the place was. Service lady was polite to everyone around us and working her tail off. I will be back again keep up up the sevice you provide.

    I had reservation. Stood at check in desk for at least 10mn waiting to be acknowledged. Then was told pretty much seat yourself. My bartender/server was very nice. Food mediocre.

    First, the description on the table we pre paid and reserved is false advertising. We paid for $100 minimum per person food and beverage plus a 20% gratuity for what is described on OpenTable as: Your reservation includes - The VIP section of couch - Your dedicated Large Screen TV, tuned to your game of choice We did NOT get a couch. We got a table. We did NOT have a “dedicated” large screen TV, it was a wall of televisions tuned to whatever games they pre determined. By the description, we thought we were getting our own couch section with our own TV. The staff was accommodating and very nice. However, especially for having pre paid for everything, they were incredibly slow. I felt they must have been short staffed. I only saw two waitresses for the entire section we were in. It took 30min to get a beer tower and when we first sat down, it took 30min before we were even asked for our order. Overall, I would not recommend the pre paid service as they are over selling the experience. Not worth it.

    Terrible service. Even though we had a reservation we had to stand around for 15 minutes until someone helped us. Then we proceeded to wait longer. The waiter messed up the order and didn’t bring one of the orders out until after we got the bill. He also was not sober and avoided us and didn’t check up on us at all. We were not told that we could only pay with one card and needed 1 card on file until after we ordered. Overall, it was not a good experience at all.
