This product is designed as a set for two people.1) Hawaiian Tuna and Vegetable Terrine Fresh Hawaiian tuna seared on the surface and slow-cooked vegetables are combined in a flavorful broth made from local herbs and vegetables. 2) Roast Beef Tenderloin with Périgueux Sauce Tenderloin fillet coated with a house-blend mushroom seasoning, slow-roasted to perfection, and served with a fragrant Périgueux sauce with hints of truffle. 3) Ora King Salmon Confit New Zealand’s Ora King salmon is gently cooked in herb oil at a low temperature to achieve a melt-in-your-mouth texture, coated in kombu to enhance its ocean fragrance. I visited D&D for Afternoon Tea on Feb 11th. Everything was fantastic! I loved the unique courses which were presented beautifully. My waitress was outstanding, offering suggestions on the order to eat each item. I would definitely enjoy tea here again!

GO HERE FOR BRUNCH! My husband and I had brunch here on our last day in Oahu and it was hands down the BEST meal we had in Honolulu and we ate at a lot of great places! - THIS WAS THE BEST!! BY FAR!!!! I need a culinary vocabulary to explain this meal accurately! Just go! SO YUMMY!!!!!

Each individual savories and sweets were nicely created. Services were very attentive. We enjoyed our comfortable time as new year's get together.

This was my second time dining here and it was an absolute delight! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with elegant decor and soft lighting that set the perfect mood for our brunch. The staff were exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. They ensured every detail was taken care of without being intrusive, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. And then the food—simply phenomenal! Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a place that excels in all aspects—food, service, and atmosphere—but Dean & Deluca has certainly mastered the art of creating a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

Awesome brunch! Food was beautifully presented and delicious. Service was excellent. Great value for the money. There's a kamaaina discount. Valet parking at the Ritz Carlton is convenient and validated for three hours. There's a time limit of your meal posted on the website but we were fortunate that it wasn't crowded that day so we never felt rushed and far exceeded the time limit without ever feeling rushed. Exceptional choices of teas - hot and cold and champagne available if you wish. We were very fortunate to get the corner table so it was very spacious and comfortable. Some of the tables for two may feel a little close to each other but it's a very small space. server was veery helpful in giving us information on the various teas as well as the order in which to experience the various items so that we could maximize our experience. May not be the best for children but a great treat for girls of all ages.

Wonderful service, excellent selection of tea and the menu was outstanding! A real value for tea in Honolulu and might I say again, fantastic service. The only thing, and it’s a small thing, a table for two is small and too close to other people… but they do their best.
