We dined at Deans for the first time to celebrate our anniversary and we are nothing short of impressed and ready to make it a regular place for us. Shawn was excellent as our server and the cocktails and food were excellent.

Our waitress was wonderful, I cannot remember her name but she has black stylish glasses, we had a tight time frame and she honored our time schedule and kept us on track.. my petite filet with Italian Oscar was delicious. The bread melted in our mouth. Our waitresses recommendations were on point.

The food was very very good! I wish there was a stricter dress code, but that is my only gripe. Amazing experience. The crab cakes are a must

The food was well prepared but the service (particularly our principal waiter) was condescending.

The service and ambiance were excellent but unfortunately the food was very salty, especially the steaks we ordered. My husband couldn’t finish his steak because of the salt. We told our server and he apologized but there was no remedy offered.

The managers need better customer service , communication and organization. No apologies either. The waiter hands down was great. Management sucked.
