Highly disappointed with the food. Ordered the tomahawk. It was cold and the mashed potato’s tasted like it came out a box.

Expectations were blown away to say the least. Richard, our waiter was fantastic, he knew the menu like the back of his hand and gave us recommendations since it was our first time dining at Dean’s. Richard’s customer service was phenomenal and so was the food. Highly recommend.

No value. I tasted the worst piece of lobster in my life. I guess all waiters say the pastas aren’t good. My waiter literally pushed my girlfriend away from two pastas, to an upsale of lobster scampi. That wasn’t on menu and was double price. That’s fine to do if you let someone know. Most people are shy and won’t ask what’s the price or is that a special. A good waiter does it for you. Food was awful. Been fortunate to dine at a lot of nice spots, this wasn’t one of them.

We dined at Deans for the first time to celebrate our anniversary and we are nothing short of impressed and ready to make it a regular place for us. Shawn was excellent as our server and the cocktails and food were excellent.
