   We always stay at the JW Marriott when we visit family, and chose Dean’s for a birthday brunch. The food was fabulous. The service was wonderful. 10 out of 10 recommend.

   Very crowded for a Wednesday. King crab tasted old was not sweet. Waiter next to our table continuously put his butt directly on our table and was very inconsiderate despite manager talking with him. Steaks were not super hot and had been sitting. Just over all very disappointed for the $. We frequent steakhouses and had been here twice before so so so disappointed in this experience. Save your $ and go elsewhere.

   Not to bad the service was excellent, just wanted a lil more personalized recognition for our Anniversary like most steakhouses, table confetti, writing on the plate or something like that.

   Alex was very attentive, great server, and the food was amazing. That chocolate mousse dessert was worth going there just for that. I don’t know if these are the going rates these days for a meal but I thought I was a good value for a high end restaurant

   Our waiter, Jertha, was awesome. Kind, warm, customer centric, thoughtful, attentive to the details in terms of our order. Great personality. Willing to entertain my sense of humor. She made the lunch experience a very positive one and my guess absolutely, categorically expressed a great time because of the food and Jertha.

   Me and a group of my friends visited Dean's for my birthday dinner. We ordered the shrimp dish, crab cakes, and ceasar salad for appetizers and for dinner we had the buttered noodles dish with flank steak and the sirloin filet with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach on the side. We had a great service who always checked on us. We did have to send the shrimp back to the kitchen to be broiled longer. The well done shrimp were amazing. We also didn't like the creamed spinach as it lacked flavor. Overall the food was really good and the service was great. We would definitely go back.

    I made reservations for a Monday evening due to no availability on Valentine’s weekend. Dean’s was my favorite restaurant and I have been here multiple times. My fiancé and I were excited to dine at Dean’s for our anniversary. When booking the reservation, I explained that this was a special day for us so that we could maybe get a booth or special seating, when arriving at the restaurant we valeted and the valet attendant was wonderful. When walking into the restaurant, it was 5 associates standing at the check in desk talking and within a couple of minutes we were greeted. The host walked us to the table and we sat down to say no this is not your table (which was a booth) and then we had to walk back to the check in, and turn around again to go to a two seat table. The greeting from the waiter was not welcoming. It seems he was very eager to attend to the other couple behind us, he went to their table multiple times while walking past our table. It took over 20 minutes to get bread at the table and also the cocktails we ordered. When our food arrive, my petite filet wasn’t cooked to the temperature I requested so I have to send it back. The waiter wasn’t apologetic at all. My fiancé had bone in ribeye which was a bad cut of meat. We never had an experience like this and the food to be subpar. The total for our dinner was well over $300 but to get this treatment and that quality of food makes us regret the decision to dine at Dean’s for our anniversary.
