    Wonderful food and service at Blaze 131 but really NOISY! The Brussel sprout's appetizer was great with bacon, candied pecans and blue cheese. A very generous serving. The chicken Marsala was equally delicious and also a nice portion. My salmon was perfectly prepared and crispy on the outside. Our server was also terrific.

    Our bday celebration was great with tasty food and fantastic service. The noise level took away from the celebration by limiting our conversation. Overall we were very pleased with our dinner. We will return again with a smaller party sometime.

    Excellent seasonal menu options, unique cocktails. The risotto balls are always my favorite, their red sauce has such great flavor. The service has always been consistently great on each visit as well in the Carnegie location.

    So my daughter and I went to DeBlaze 131 for lunch. She had never been there but I chose it for her Bridal Shower coming up in December. A few weeks ago she learned that she has celiac disease, which is a tough thing to navigate for a true foodie, which she is. The waitress could not have been more helpful and spot on when helping her sift through menu choices, She knew what to ask of the kitchen staff in terms of altering cooking methods to keep her safe and WOW the food was excellent! They made a gluten free penne and chicken marsala dish, a fall-flavored salad and French onion soup for her and the chef nailed it! She was thrilled and I couldn't be happier with my choice of venues for her shower! Thank you team DeBlaze!

    Were sat at the tables in front of the bar. Was very noisy and very little room between tables. Got appetizers quickly, but entrees were very slow coming out. Food was good, but pasta portions were on the smaller size.

    What a true dining experience this was for us. At the end, I ended up telling my significant other that THIS is what eating out should be like. Something we absolutely could never recreate at home and it satisfies our palate as if it was a palate cleanser. At the end of our dinner I wish I could’ve personally said thank you to that chef.

    The food was delicious my waitress very nice and informative Asked her what was she would recommend 4 different dishes. I hate when you ask them they don’t know . I got the short rib My son got coffee crusted steak. Both were Tremendous. They have a very good chief. First time will definitely be back
