We believe in living a clean, natural and organic lifestyle mirroring that of the old world, where people eat only local foods. Most of our ingredients are certified organic and we source from local farmers to promote sustainability. We want to showcase how fertile the Southern Oregon valley is and the amazing bounty available from local farmers.

We're excited to share our wine and food knowledge with Southern Oregon. We want to educate anyone willing to learn on wines of the world as well as how they compare to local wines. We will strive to constantly create new menu items and wine pairings.

Not only the best restaurant in Medford, but perhaps one of the top 5 in Oregon. Creative menu executed perfectly, great wine list, friendly attentive staff, and a cozy, intimate atmosphere. I was shocked to fine such an absolute gem in Medford. A fantastic dining experience, plain and simple!

We love DECANT, the staff are so personable and responsive, the owner lovely. And the food! We had the black cod entree with amazing flavors, done to perfection. Everything is standout.

The service and food were exceptional. We almost licked our plates clean. The outdoor seating is really nice with plenty of heaters.

Out of town family visiting and we loved our dinner, excellent service by Edward and others attending us! Will definitely recommend and return!

Great experience, amazing service and food!!! Very small restaurant so get your reservations early. I took four of us here for a business dinner and it was a huge win. Great wine list, actually amazing wine list! Not sure when or if I’ll be back in Medford, but if I am I will be back for sure.

We had a delightful evening at Decant. The service was friendly and responsive. We started with the duck wings, which were messy and fun to eat. The next course was the scallops and they were our only disappointment. They tasted great, but the small cubes of scallops did not provide the mouth feel we anticipated. We had the lamb as our entree (we shared all the dishes) and I look forward to having this entree again. The lamb was so tender and cooked exactly to our medium rare request. The polenta and vegetables were great accompaniments. We shared a fabulous wine with this meal. We finished with the apple tart and some great tawny port. Dinner at Decant should be an occasion and it definitely was for us!
