   I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel compelled to write this, It was a slightly bizzarre experience. The restaurant and venue is lovely but with the exception of a couple of people service was quite poor and some staff need further training. Perhaps because we were seating next to the DJ booth we were a bit out of sight, we had to continuously grab waiters’ attention. We weren’t asked if we wanted anything to drink for ages once we sat down at the restaurant, so the welcome cocktail arrived at the same time with the wine and food rather than before while we were waiting. We didn’t know they had placed our wine and cooler behind the corner as there was no space next to us so my husband had to get up twice to ask a waiter for the wine. Eventually a nice lady gave us a smaller cooler to keep on the table. Towards the end of the meal we sat for ages with our empty plates and empty bottle of wine without anyone approaching us until they asked us for the table back, approx 30 mins after we finished. There were always people visiting the dj booth, standing in front of our table and chatting, which was quite distracting. Once we went to the bar we waited ages to be served, the bartender kept serving people who came from the sides. There was never eye contact and when it was finally our turn and complained they wouldn’t let us speak and he said he usually served whoever grabbed his attention. Surely it is their job to pay attention who is next in line? at some point while we were waiting they replaced the drinks menu with a smaller list which didn’t have the cocktail I wanted from the other list. I could go on but my point is the venue has great potential to be fantastic on all fronts if the staff were more attentive and listened to customers. I tried telling someone about our experience but they replied with a sentence they probably learnt and repeated many times before

   Poor service, expensive food and drinks (for what they are), limited vegetarian options, lacking atmosphere. Actually cannot find a good word to say about this place other than perhaps to say that the staff weren’t rude! I’d booked it for my wife’s birthday. Never again.

   First time at Decimo, and no doubt we'll be back again soon! Fantastic views of the city, and great service - felt very well looked after and the food was divine. Went for the tacos for starters and pork chop as main course - wine and drinks selection was spot on, and a perfect end to the day for my wife and I after a visit to the theatre. Would recommend :)

   Very nice and cosy atmosphere, particularly appreciated having dinner close to the fireplace, friendly crowd and nice waiters, you will feel very welcome ! From a culinary experience, menu choice is rather limited, and quite expensive for what you have in the plate.

   We came for Xmas lunch. It was quite frustrating as they were having some problems in the kitchen meaning both food and drinks came out quite slowly and sporadically. The waiting staff were nice and apologetic and (at my suggestion) gave us the drinks on the house. It’s a cool ambiance but we were had to back home by a certain time so we didn’t have unlimited time to hang out

   We ended up sitting right under the AC, and when I asked if we could move, they informed me that the only other seats were for a table of four, so we had to stay put. They promised to turn down the AC, which they did for a brief three minutes before cranking it back up again. Now, wouldn't you know it—I caught a cold right before Christmas! It wasn’t the best experience, to say the least!

   A real surprise up in the 10th floor. Perfect place for a dinner for two or a group vibe. Buzzing and lively yet cosy and intimate spaces at the same time. A real find.

    The food was nice when it arrived. But it took 3 attempts and over an hour and a half to have hot food - despite ordering from the lunchtime set menu. The alcohol free cocktails were good but then they confused the dessert order and forgot the coffee. Well designed menu but the execution is just not there.
