Le Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House a ouvert son 9ème restaurant en avril 2011 sur le Liberty Wharf Seaport de Boston. Le menu signature du Del Frisco comporte du bœuf et des fruits de mer frais de qualité USDA.     Arrived early and sat at the bar. We were approached and told that our table was ready and to check out with the bar. We checked back in with the front desk 5 minutes later and we had to wait in the hallway for 15 minutes until being sat, meaning we could’ve stayed seated at the bar until we would immediately be escorted to our table. Once sat, it took 15 minutes for drinks to arrive. Upon ordering entrees, we asked for our steak to be cooked “a little past medium” and she said that was not an option, it had to be medium or well.  if we ordered medium, and it came to red, then we could send it back to the kitchen for it to be cooked more. if that is an option, why wouldn’t it be an option while initially ordering the food?  Why would I wait 40 minutes to get my food just to send it back? How does that make sense?  we received our steaks way too rare, but our server made us so uncomfortable with the whole situation that we didn’t even send them back to be cooked longer.

    I had a reservation for valentines day at 10:15. We were seated 10 minutes before our reservation. Service was amazing. Drinks came out at a reasonable time along with food and appetizers. Portions are good and the food is flavorful. Expect to see me again!

    Disappointing Service & Rushed Experience We had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. From the start, it felt as though we were an inconvenience to our waiter. When I asked about the sea bass, his response was a dismissive “it’s good,” offering no real insight. The first course was handled just as poorly—our server placed the dish abruptly between two guests without so much as an “excuse me” or “pardon my reach.” The lack of professionalism and attentiveness continued throughout the meal. To top it off, a supervisor came by at the end of the night to inform us that gratuity was automatically added for parties of six or more—something we are well aware of—circling the charge in a way that felt condescending. When I brought up our concerns about feeling rushed and disregarded, the waiter’s response was a dismissive, “I’m sorry you feel that way.” This experience was not reflective of the high-end dining standards we expected. Based on the treatment we received, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this establishment to others.

    Very good first experience at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse - boston. Will be back for sure! Definitely reccomend.

    Amazing food, amazing service. Mike, our server, was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to answer any questions we had.
