   My wife and I are both members of the Landry's Select Club and have been for more than a dozen years. We were avid travelers for about 12 years and enjoyed most of the chain's fares. When in Orlando, which is most of the time currently, Del Frisco's has been our Restaurant of choice for all our family's special occasions for several years and McKenzie has been our favorite server during most of that time (She's Terrific, by the way). 1 - We were seated at a table with a cushioned bench on one side and a chair on the other (1/2 Booth). The bench seat was very uncomfortable; the cushion was made of a soft foam which left me feeling as if I needed a booster seat to reach the table comfortably. We asked to be moved to an adjacent table with chairs on all sides and were told, "Those tables are not served by McKenzie". The desired table was positioned immediately across an aisle from the 1/2 booth she sat us in. During the entire dinner, McKenzie did not serve one single guest in that area, other than my wife and I. 2 - My wife ordered a double bone Pork Chop as her Protein. Although she did not register a complaint, her chops were overcooked and a bit dry. I ordered an 8 Oz. Filet Mignon cooked Medium. I was advised that would result in a steak with a mostly pink interior and a small amount of red in the middle (just what I've always understood Medium to be). When the steak arrived it was about as bloody-red as it could have been. My wife's Chops were acceptable so to avoid hers getting cold she proceed to eat. Our server apologized profusely and took my steak back for additional grilling. I would have expected a redo to go to the head of the line in the Kitchen - it apparently did not as it took quite some time to be delivered back to me. This time the steak was cooked well beyond medium - my wife was well into finishing her meal so I unhappily accepted it as it was. Our experience fell far below what should be expected for a $180.00 expenditure.

   The wait staff at the bar were awesome!!! They were friendly and gave fantastic recommendations. Enjoy!!!

   If your price consciousness may not be the place to go, but the food, service and the atmosphere was well worth it.

   Always a great place to take my sales group for dinner. Food was excellent and service was perfect. Can't recommend this place enough.

   The scenery was beautiful and The person that greeted me and my husband was very pleasant, but the food was definitely a disappointment. This was a special dinner for my husband birthday but the food was an awful also it took a long time for the food to arrive. I’m pretty disappointed with my experience there.

   Service was not bad, but it wasn’t adequate for a double eagle steakhouse. Speed, awareness and conversation weren’t quite there. The main room is always quite good, but last night we were seated at the smaller room: avoid that one. Ambience is not best
