   Service was absolutely horrible! The waitress could not handle 3 large tables. Waited over 30 minutes for cocktails, wine and bread to our table. Restaurant wasn’t even that busy. When I brought it up to the Mgr, she said want me to move you to another table? Why should have to move? They gave us another waitress better but things got progressively worse. Appetizers came and yes delicious but then I had to clear our table because no one was around as they should have been. In addition no one asked if wanted more cocktails. Main course came, 2 steak dishes the added on scallops were missing and 1 steak was completely over done when it should have been medium rare. That steak was taken back and another one was brought out. That steak although to the eye looked medium rare, the steak in middle was ice cold. I personally took dish to kitchen where the GM was at. I explained the frustration and was told that how it should be. My eyes were in disbelief and said her was wrong. He took it back and within a few minutes brought another to table. GM gave me his card and repeatedly continued to apologize. First time ever there for some of my party and was ultimately disappointed. Really wanted our holiday dinner for 8 to be special but was awful. I suggest you go to the buckhead location we’re service has always been and food exceptional!

   My daughter chose Del Frisco to celebrate her graduation. The entire service experience was wonderful, from the hostess to the table service. The food - divine and cocktails - right on the mark. We had a party of 7 + a toddler. Our server specialist was very attentive to each guest and patient with my granddaughter. Thank you for providing a professional dining experience at a time when pleasant customer service seems to be lacking. This was mine and my husband's first Del Frisco experience. We'll definitely be returning.

   Courses were rushed. Entrees and sides were not hot when received. Service was not impressive for this price point.

   Open Table said I was getting last seat available and there was similar time slots later. False: Place was empty . I eat at the bar and they staff were packing up to close down. I was visibly delaying their exit The steak quality was beyond Terrible I ordered a plain baked potato with butter on side … I got a loaded baked potato that was yellow/brown … sitting around

   I was incredibly surprised by the absolute lack of activity in the restaurant, and service was still not up to par. It was slow and far from professional. Food was good, but the slow service and completely dead location made it a disappointing evening. So sorry to need to share these comments!

   At first we thought the service was going to be really poor. We stood at the bar for 20-30 minutes and the bartender never acknowledged us. We decided to sit at the table early to wait for the rest of the group and order drinks from there and they still took another 30 minutes. Besides the cocktails, our waitress saved the day! She was amazing. I wish I remembered her name, but I wasn’t head of the table for our group of 7. She recommended dishes, poured waters right away, took our wine order (separately from our cocktails), and got their amazing bread started. We did a full round of appetizers for the table and decided to do 3 large bone in steaks for the tables with sides to share. The food was absolutely delicious! I rated high on the service because of her, but if it was based on a cocktail to start the evening I would give service a Zero!

    Overall, a disappointment. Really no reason to rush back. Waiter was gracious but new and had to defer to someone else with any questions. I ordered a doublebone pork chop. Got 2 single pork chops. Not medium but rare. Asked to cook it longer. Not sure they did as it looked the same when it was returned. Lobster mac and cheese should be called mac and cheese with some lobster (at $26), salads and potatoes were good but not great for the price. Broccolini might have had 5 small stalks. Lump crab meat appetizer was nice but not substantial. Medium rare steak was rare. Very rare. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, and the quality of food and level of service is not on par with its pricing. Might explain why on a Saturday evening it was more or less empty. McKendricks, Capital Grille and Flemings all in the area provide a much nicer dining experience for the price. Even Joey's D's a medium range restaurant provides a better dining experience.
