Very disappointed in your bartender @ the bar. There were 5 different orders by 5 different people and he put it all on the same check what if we were not together. Rudely closed and took the menu from my girlfriend and gave it to someone else never asked if she was done with the menu. This overshadowed the dining experience we were all applaud at his actions in a restaurant this reputable.

It was my husbands birthday and upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted and seated. They had a lovely card signed by the staff for him. That was a very nice touch. Our server was attentive with out hovering. It was a very pleasant dinner!

Service was fantastic and the food was great. My son and I were here for steeler game so came hear for dinner the old fashions were a 10 all day pork chop and porterhouse with calamari shrimp and baked oysters with twice bake potatoes which were unreal and finished with an outstanding butter cake. Hard to beat that night and thankyou for outstanding service

The food and service are spot on and go toe to toe with the likes of other high end steakhouses in the city (and in the same building). There’s a good variety of cuts of meat, non-beef options and plenty of hot and cold shareable appetizer selections. Service was attentive but not hovering. Steaks were cooked perfectly and drinks packed a punch. The only complaint is the over noise level. With high ceilings and an industrial feel, music pumping through the speakers AND live music in the bar, it’s impossible to hear what your table mates are saying.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Del Frisco’s and wanted to take a moment to commend the outstanding service provided by our waiter, Zach, along with the rest of the serving staff at Del Frisco’s Pittsburgh. From the moment we arrived, Zach greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. He was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout the meal. His recommendations for food, wine were spot-on, showcasing his knowledge of the menu. The teamwork among the servers was evident; the entire staff worked seamlessly together to ensure that every table received prompt service on a packed nightin the Burgh. Zach’s friendly demeanor and professionalism made our dining experience even more enjoyable for our birthday dinner. Overall, the service provided by hosts, our waiter and the entire team @ Del Frisco’s elevated our meal and left a lasting impression. I highly recommend Del Frisco’s for the delicious steaks, but also for the exceptional service. Thank you, Zach, and the Del Frisco’s team, for a wonderful dining experience! Christian Werner

Loved the food and service, but please, please enforce the dress code. Hats all over the place. Have to be tough at the hostess stand.

I hosted business dinners on 11/11 and 11/13. I was astonished by how poor the service was both times. For comparison, on 11/12 I ate at Eddie V's right around the corner. While the steaks were not as good, the service was top notch and what you would expect for a high end restaurant. Particularly on 11/13, the service was so poor I was actually embarrassed to be hosting clients there. For example, we sat down and two different people came over and asked us if we were ok with regular tap water. Both times we replied "yes", however on both occasions the water glasses didn't get filled up, the waiters just walked away. There were multiple issues but to summarize at each step of the dinner I had to prompt the waiter to allow us to order the next course or drink. The steak eaters at the table all agreed that the steaks are better than the local competition but with service this poor I cant afford to risk the embarrassment of bringing clients back.
