   This is the casual sister to Double Eagle. There is a daily special, that I didn't have, that seems to be a really good deal. I had the 2 ounce bone in prime ribeye which was good but not great. The interior was a little tougher than prime should be for a ribeye. The brussel sprouts were very good and the mushrooms, I highly recommend. Prices are steakhouse level but if you are Landry's select you get discounts.

   We had the private room for 3 hours and it couldn't have been better. Christiane was wonderful and took such great care of us. The Cherry Creek chamber board thanks you!

   My daughters steak was perfect. Mine was so poorly cut (thin at edges and thick in the middle) that the edges were burnt and the middle was perfect medium rare- that piece of meat should never have been served to a customer for this price. Pork was cooked perfectly but was ridiculously salty, bland flavors. Our waiter was trying his best but they had a nearly empty wine cellar and there were numerous selections that we tried to make and he spent more time going back and forth to the wine cellar than taking care of his customers. He had 2 x 10 top tables our table of 4 and another table of two all to himself. Terribly understaffed. The 10 top next to us was seated so close that I had to move every time the waiter had to visit that table. That table went through 4 different attempts to order wine before the waiter finally gave up and just gave them a high end wine for the price of a lesser wine that they were out of. That is where the real problem revealed itself. The Manager, a woman that I did not get the name of. In the middle of the restaurant, she proceeded to yell at the waiter for doing everything he could to make this large party happy. It was not his fault that someone was not managing the wine cellar appropriately and that they were out of so many wines. The manager was appropriately upset at the waiter because he chose a very expensive wine and he probably didn't know just how expensive it was. Regardless, the manager could not have been more unprofessional and we could hear the entire conversation. I have to assume that it is the fault of this manager and her management style that has led this restaurant to be understaffed, the wine cellar to be mismanaged, and for the kitchen to be poorly supervised. This is a large chain, high end steakhouse that I expect much better food and service from. I hate to get this person fired but she needs to know that she needs to change her style of management and take responsibility for the shortcomings of this restaurant.

   We celebrated 3 birthdays and love the free Birthday desserts!! Our server was excellent! Very attentive without being intrusive:) Especially appreciate manager and staff responsiveness to addition of one to our party of 5!! Thank you

    We had a reservation for Thanksgiving. Many tables were open. Yet after telling us we’d have a short wait but no worries we’d have a great table, they seated us at a corner table in the bar with horrible service. Our server was not nice, seemed annoyed and barely came around our table. We had empty drinks and never asked if we wanted to order another drink. While my husband and son’s steaks were “fine”, it definitely was not worth the price. I ordered the mahi mahi. The first few bites were fine, a touch over cooked but by the time I reached the center of the piece it had a very fishy taste. This was our first visit and definitely will be our last!
