   The food was good, but I wouldn’t say outstanding. The service was average. The ambiance was very lacking for what it claims to be. Just not “upscale” or even close to what i expected.

   Overall great experience, yet we’re sat next to the kitchen, so much noise and high waiter staff traffic with trays of glasses being rolled out through dinner.

   My family and I went for Thanksgiving dinner. When seated there was only 2 forks on the table and there was four of us. We asked a waiter passing by for forks so we could eat our appetizers. He never returned. We got up and got them off another table. Once We received our food the dressing was cold! Very disappointing. We did order dessert the cobbler and it was barely warm and hard. We were seated upstairs and our waitress was having to wait on tables upstairs and downstairs… I guess that’s why our food was served cold. I guess waiting for her in the kitchen.

   We had a great Thanksgiving experience. The staff was a little short-staffed but made up for it. The food and drinks were outstanding!

   Wonderful dining experience. Took the family for Thanksgiving to get away from the madness that is Thanksgiving cooking and so happy we did. The portions were plenty and the all around service was great. Thank you Del Frisco’s Grille for a wonderful lunch.

   Appetizers were not hot when served, they forgot our salads before bringing out our entrees, and they were completely out of French fries.
