   Sadly an extremely subpar Thanksgiving experience. Arrived about 20 mins before reservation. Went to bar to grab a drink and wait. Took approx 15 mins to get our drink, but they were very busy (Thanksgiving dinner rush). Seated at table about 20 minutes after reservation time. Ordered cocktails. Sever comes back 10 mins later and asks if we would like to order cocktails..? Reorder same cocktails. Server brings waters for table and then takes food orders. First course arrives. No cocktails. We flag server down and ask for cocktails status and also ask if we can have napkins (we had none at all). He says back in a minute. 10 minutes later, we are finished with first course and cocktails arrive. Still no napkins. We ask again about napkins. He brings napkins back. Finally 10-15 mins later, main courses arrive. 2 of the 4 at our table have no silverware, so waiting on forks to eat and one has to send back original fork as it had old dried food on it…2 of our group got the Thanksgiving turkey dinner and both were cold/lukewarm enteees. Server would go missing for 10-15min intervals. Multiple tables looking around and trying to find him.worst service I’ve had in years by a long shot. Food was cold/lukewarm and not worth the price. First and last time to visit a Del Friscos. Should’ve gone to the steakhouse up street instead. Expensive bummer.

   I’ve been to Del Frisco’s before and it’s been good. However tonight was a disappointment. The food was cold for 3 of the 4 in our party (soup and main entree). They did rewarm it for us and some items came back heated but others were still cold. Overall, for the cost of the dinner it was a disappointment in terms of food. Our server, James, was great and very helpful.

   Thanksgiving day isn’t the day to enjoy Del Friscos Grill for us. We were aware it is the busiest day of the year. Crowded & loud. We waited about 25-30mins for our table to be ready. We were seated in the covered outdoor patio area. Space heaters were provided but we were cold throughout dinner. Table was dirty when we sat down, we had to ask 3x to have it wiped off. Appetizers arrived and we had to ask for silverware and napkins numerous times. Appetizers cooled off while waiting. All that being said, our entrees of Brazino, short ribs and the special Turkey dinners were all very good.

   Our server, Joseph, was wonderful and attentive. The food was amazing. It was a wonderful meal and time on a very busy day.

   Turkey dinner was cold n gravy had no taste plus the dressings had no taste. Dessert was great.

   We had a fantastic Thanksgiving Day Lunch! We Love the 3 course Thanksgiving meal special. It is a great value for the money! It is our “go to” when our kids are going to the in-laws. The staff was incredible! Thanks!

   Server was terrific! He got all the orders correct and was very personable and attentive and brought them out timely. The additional assistants were great also. Finally, the food was excellent. Thank you for cooking my steak to order. It was of the high standards of Del Frisco. Thanksgiving dinner was also delicious for the other people and the pork loin. Finishing out, the dessert offerings were a nice variety and also scrumptious. This was our 1st thanksgiving at Del Frisco…we’ll be back.
