   Our waiter James was excellent. Would give 5 stars, but there are a few reasons i’m not: 1) No longer have valet 2) Hostesses forgot about us, getting us to our table at least 15 minutes after it was ready for us. 3) they were out of bags for to go boxes so we carried 3 boxes by hand.

   We were initially not greeted, when an employee came by they noticed we were there. We reported we had a reservation and the time and were immediately shown to a table. The server was excellent with the option of sparkling or ice water. He was able to list off bourbons available that were not on the drink menu. Next he reviewed the daily special which was the surf and turf ribeye steak and crab cake. The flavor and presentation was excellent. Overall, we will definitely be returning.

   The hostess seemed overwhelmed and unable to manage the lunch rush. Our wait staff was great, food is good, however not elevated enough for the price.

   I just feel it’s just not the same anymore. The rib eye that I eat everywhere, just did not eat like a prime cut, a bit overdone for medium rare , but edible. The experience of treating yourself to a nice ribeye here does not seem present. Sorry just being honest

   Love this restaurant and hope we came on an off night. Wait staff was clearly stretched thin and while we told our server we were not in a hurry, our entrees came after we had been at the table for 2 hours. Appetizers were excellent but main courses were all overcooked. Burgers and sliced steak were well done when medium and medium rare had been ordered. Willing to give it another try in case this was an anomaly but definitely disappointed in the experience this time.

   Steak was tasty, baked potato was bit too hard, short rib was tough and fatty. Ambiance was good, service was good.

   Fabián is always so nice and welcoming. He is always on top of things. He always makes us feel comfortable. I keep coming here because of Fabian & Max and I love the atmosphere and the decoration is so beautiful!! 🎄🎄but most of all I love coming here because of the staff. You guys know how to make my evenings special!

   We absolutely loved where they sat us. It was secluded and by a beautiful Christmas Tree . Our cocktails were great as well. The food and service however ruined the night for us. My boyfriend ordered the ribeye steak, medium rare. It took about 30 minutes to get our food. They brought him a well done steak. I ordered the French dip. The waiter took the stake and as he walked off I picked the French dip up to take a bite and it was cold. So frustrating. After that we both ate the Brussels sprouts and were full by then. At this point we were at our table for an hour before we got the correct meal. We ate a 3rd of the meal and packed the rest to go. After we ate the manager came to our table and told he was very sorry for the mess up and that he would be taking 1 cocktail off the bill. That in my opinion is a slap in the face. This is supposed to be a high scale restaurant. We paid almost $200 for a horrible meal , thank goodness we had a gift card. We also had to wait another 15 minutes to get our bill so we could get the heck out of there. We will never be back.

   Food was excellent and our server was extremely nice! A little upset no valet parking though, since it was raining
