   Went for Christmas dinner. When they called to confirm, I let them know we needed a booster seat. No booster seat was provided and I needed to ask two times for one before receiving it. We ordered drinks, the espresso martini was made so poorly it was undrinkable. Service was so slow that I was not able to get a replacement drink. By 6;45 two of the main steaks cuts (smaller ny strip and smaller fillet) were sold out. All three party members who ordered steak had theirs cooked at the wrong temperature but again due to the extensive wait time, just ate the steaks. Ordered a salad with grilled chicken, the chicken was so over cooked and dry it was not edible. Service was extremely slow, even for a busy night. No one checked on the table after our food was received to make sure it was correct. When we received the bill, the drink that was returned was still on the tab and we needed to ask for it to be removed. Overall an awful experience for a holiday dinner.

   We had not been to Del Frisco Grille for awhile and tonight’s experience was a most pleasant surprise. Our server Steve was everything you want in a server, cordial but not too familiar, well versed in the menu as to portion sizes, and efficient in meeting our requests. The food was outstanding, as we had the butternut squash soup, a few appetizers and veggie, dessert and coffee. Hostess seated us in a booth as requested in the reservation. Professional all the way around and made Christmas most enjoyable.

   Food was cold. Sent two meals back and it came back hot the second time but very bland and not flavorful. They didn’t get the side dishes right the first time. Second time the side dishes were correct but cold. They offered free desert for the table and we ordered two but then they charged us for one of them. Not the best Christmas dinner experience and we won’t go back to Del Friscos. One and done!

   Crab cakes need work, bland and small, the dipping sauce was also a bit bland

   One of the few places open Christmas Day. That alone is much appreciated and the food did not disappoint.

   I loved everything about it and would have given it five stars. The only reason that I didn’t was because they sat in the coldest area possible. The vents were blowing right on me, which in turn our food was very cold. The moment they put it at the table. Not only was it cold outside, but the vent was so cold my fingers and my toes went numb. My husband is always hot, even saying that it was too cold. This honestly ruined it for me as it made it very uncomfortable. No, I did not say anything because it was Christmas Eve and I already saw that even the hostess manager they were so stressed out and anxious with the amount of people so I wasn’t trying to ruin anyone’s night with that. This was literally the only thing that kind of ruined it for me that it was just so uncomfortable to sit there and even eat our food. Unfortunately, the food, even though it came out hot, but it turned cold so quickly due to that vent just blowing super cold air on top of us the whole time.

   The entire menu was offered and for someone that can’t eat seafood, chicken or beef there was no options for me. It would have been nice for them to advertise that there was going to be a limited menu and i would have not came. The bartenders ingnored me for 15 minutes also, but helped everyone around me. I will def not be going back there again.

   I would have given them a higher star review but they brought the apps out at the same time as the Dinner. Otherwise the experience was good.
