Overall there were parts of the experience that were 5 stars including the food and our waiter. The hostess was abrupt and not friendly at all so the first impression suffered. The prices especially wine were very high - almost 300% markup from retail. The food prices were higher than most upper end dining but only by a few dollars. The food was exceptional. We will go back when in town.

Our goal was to try something for lunch at a place we had never been and it was amazing. We studied the menu and asked questions that our server happily answered and the whole experience was bliss!

It was truly amazing and the food with its choices was excellent as well. We actually had good varieties that could be gluten free or converted to vegetarian. The ambience the service absolutely perfect!!! Don’t know how we missed de mar at easton till date.
