   What a wonderful dining experience! Hostesses made you feel very welcomed, seating was immediate, and they happily changed our seating preference. Our excellent waiter explained the menu and highlighted appetizers. Service was perfect. The food was excellent and I can’t wait to return.

   We’d been wanting to try Del Mar since its opening. We had enjoyed and missed the previous restaurant there, Bon Vie. The makeover to Del Mar is stunning. They added a second floor with bar, where we ate. The service was exceptional, attentive and polite without being overbearing. Our party of four had drinks, salads, entrees and dessert. Two had the scallops and two the roasted chicken. All delicious. As it was my wife’s birthday, her dessert (mocha chocolate torte—amazing!) was comped. The only thing to keep us from returning frequently are the prices, which are really quite high for this area. We had previously checked the online menu so the prices were not a surprise. Del Mar is definitely a nice special occasion destination.

   we sat in a booth by the kitchen with a view of the bar, and it was amazing. Our server went above and beyond. It was such a great experience more friends joined from another restaurant/bar, and the hostess staff was able to accommodate our large group last minute. Thank you for everything.

   Beautiful restaurant, unique menu, great service, highly recommend. We sat on first floor, gorgeous, want to go back and experience 2nd floor, very much like RH Rooftop but with AMAZING food (RH is so disappointing & so pricey!!!!)
