I don’t know what happened here but the food is now so overpriced it’s ridiculous. The wonderful taste is gone. I used to love it here so much but will not be returning. Tacos used to be like 3$ each and now two for 18$. The queso had no flavors. So sad!

It was a bit warm in there but the service was exceptional. They were accommodating when it came to some of the birthday requests.

The server was rude upon check-in. He pretended not to see my name on the iPad. When I clearly could see it he scolded me for being five minutes late. It was a party, too, and gratuity was already added, which I think it was it classified as fine dining to add 20% gratuity. The drinks are water down. I had a Paloma and a house margarita. My friend she had a house margarita and a Mezcal margarita. She even agreed that it wasn’t that great of a drink. The empanadas were nothing to cry home about I would not come back honestly, save your time and go somewhere else.

I came here on 5 de Mayo so as you can guess it was packed, which is expected. We had reservations however the restaurant got the wrong number in the party, but they were able to accommodate us. I confirmed that I had indicated the correct number of people but they didn’t get that number. The service was very very slow. We ordered our food around 8:10 and did not get it until 8:45. The A/C was broken so it was very warm in there. The margarita machine was broken too and the server didn’t tell us that, she just brought out margaritas on the rocks without checking with us. The food was good in general. The tacos are a good size which makes up for the fact that it’s 2 and not the normal 3 tacos per plate. We also ordered the fish and it was good. They charge for chips and salsa so be ready for that. I hate that I had this bad experience because I wanted to like this place as it is close to me but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

When arrived for our reservation, they did not have a table for us. They were nice about it & we squeezed into a small table near the bar to grab drinks. They brought addition tables out 20 minutes later and did not offer to reseat us. The bus boy tried to pickup our half full margaritas twice & the food was overpriced for what was received. Chips & salsa is almost $10, drinks are around $14 each and food is around $20. Automatic 20% tip added - better Mexican restaurants with way better service & pricing.
