Every dish is prepared to highlight freshness and flavour - tartness from pomegranate, dried lime and barberries, fresh herbs, nuts and seeds, yogurt and aromas of saffron, turmeric, rose, and sumac. Signature sourdough flatbread and crispy rice aka tahdeeg, as well as charcoal-finished chicken and beef, a rotation of vegetables dishes with produce from local farms. Desserts include date and walnut baklava and turmeric cake with orange blossom buttercream and saffron ice cream.

Plates are designed to be shared family style or enjoyed on their own, and are complemented by a curated wine list and unique cocktails

I always have a delicious meal at Delara; today was no exception. The service, as usual, was most attentive. The restaurant over a 3 hour lunch period was full, obviously a popular spot and with good reason. As prices go today, Delara is good value.

Food experience was great. Tried their family style meal and it was a great selection for tasting the menu. The service was excellent and the servers were very well educated on the menu and answered any questions we had. We were there for a milestone celebration and the team made extra efforts in recognizing that. The only negative thing I'd have to say is specific to that one evening. There was a table of a large party seated in the centre of the restaurant that very loud and disruptive. All the surrounding tables felt the tense and awkwardness of how obnoxious the party was and how it made the ambience tense having to yell at the person across you to hear them speak. The odd thing is the servers knew that other tables were tense and feeling this and didn't mention anything to this large party. A suggestion would be to seat a party like that in a separate area such as the cove at the front so its more enclosed so the rest of the place isn't as effected.

we went for lunch, the lamb sandwich is a must, full of flavours. The soup.is delicious and the dips were amazing and the bread hot and tasty. This restaurant serves different meals for different taste, must try if you like expiriencing new food and new taste.

We loved our lunch! We shared two dishes, one bean dish and one ground meat and lentils, both delicious. Crispy rice is sensational. Baklava is best I have had - not too sweet, just right. Orange cake is fabulous. We can’t wait to come back and try other items. Our server was delightful- helpful, pleasant, attentive.

Ordered the meatballs and chicken and they were cold. Overpriced given the small portions and was not that tasty perhaps because they were cold. Was seated near the door, which was very cold. Would have been nice to have been offered another table after customers had left and the tables were cleared. Asked the waitress for 2 plates and she only brought 1, had to ask again.

From the minute we walked in until the the minute we walked the service was excellent and the food even better. It was hard to choose what we liked beat because we liked everything so much.

We visited the restaurant for lunch, the service was prompt and the food was fresh and very tasty. Our server was very pleasant. The two seasonal dips were unique and very satisfying and were a combination of ingredients I don't usually use, so the flavours were very welcoming and bright. The flat bread was piping hot, seedy, crisp exterior tender on the inside, very good indeed. I'd return for the bread alone. The lamb shoulder sandwich was very good. I'd make a return to visit to this establishment.
