It was my first time in Dem Shish, but definitely not the last one. The food was amazing! One of the best Turkish meals I've ever had. The service had some issues, and it was very cold in the restaurant, but the food is definitely worth coming back for.

We had a great night at Dem Shish. Food and atmosphere was great. The only slight negative was the noise, sometimes it was hard to hear each other as we were sat under a speaker. Staff were great and will definitely be going back.

We ordered the bottomless cocktail and lunch menu. Such good value, never waited very long for drinks and the food was amazing. The staff are so friendly and we had a lovely time. Will definitely be back and highly recommend

The venue was absolutely freezing inside , most customers including us had a keep our costs on for the entire time, even whilst eating . There was a tiny builders style heater plugged in on the floor , but nowhere near sufficient to heat the entire restaurant. We were a party if of 4 and noted the flat breads that came to the table with dips wasn't enough for 4 people ! ( More than 2 tiny slices would be better ) . Although it was very tasty. The meals themselves were of good quality , but at these prices they need to be elevated to next level . The children's menu dish of chicken Kofta again was very nice , but it was pretty much the same portion size as the 3 other adult meals . Which left me very annoyed as the kids meal was half the price. This venue has the potential to be so much better , it left us Very underwhelmed to the point where we won't be returning. One last point which won't effect everyone but did for us , was no step free access for a wheelchair user . We had to leave ours in the car and navigate the steep step and incredibly slippery surface by foot.

Parking was a bit of an issue. Service was great, friendly and consistent from all waiting staff. The food was delicious, we had the hot meze, mixed shish, prawn salad and chicken arabiatta. I ordered the lemon cheesecake, it arrived covered in an overly sweet and possibly strawberry goo. It wasn't at all lemony but it was a rather nice cheesecake and I would order again but request the absence of the goo. We will definitely return.

I have been to Dim Shish on a few occasions and it has become one of my favourite restaurants. Food is always beautifully cooked & presented Staff are always friendly & professional Very good value.

Lovely catch up with a friend. Great tapas apart from the falafel which was a usual texture. Only feedback would be that they are a little too quick to take your order as we hadn’t had a chance to look at the menu which was within 5/10 minutes of arriving. They were happy to come back but still feel a bit rushed. Understand though as had several large tables to service on what was their busiest night. Overall very good.

We went early before the Xmas parties were in full swing. They had a singer providing entertainment which was good. The food was lovely. Only criticism is that the air con was on and it was quite cold in there.
