The food was great 10/10 there services was so nice And kind overall the restaurant is good I would go back again

Shocking service. The restaurant was half occupied but it seemed like there was not enough staff to serve. No one was at the door to greet and seat you, after 5minutes a staff member came over and sat me down. Had to request a table right at the end of the restaurant where its quieter due to a large group of people with screaming kids dining. 20minutes went by and no one came over to ask if I even wanted a drink, had to get up myself and approach staff at the bar and ask if anyone is serving. After ordering some starters and main food, the starters arrived 1hour later with the main meal at the same time. Staff were mainly concentrating on a large group of people already dining and everyone else who was sitting in the same area as me was ignored, unless you tried to get their attention and call them and that's when they would attend to you. Value of food it's a total rip off. Ordered chicken wings £9.50 (5tiny-normal tasty) and lamb chops £28 (4 pieces, small portion of rice and couple different types of salad) The whole plate was bland, plain, no sauces and water type of salad. It cost £5 rice as a side so the rest of £23 on small 4 pieces of lamb and salad??It was loud noisy and music blasting from speakers. Horrible experience.

Great food and the waiters etc were friendly and polite. Only downsides were the main course arrived well before the starter.

The venue and atmosphere were great! The staff are very caring and nice. However the service was super super slow ! The food took a lot longer than the usual ( I’ve been there before). Even to pay the bill, we asked someone to bring it to us, they did and we still had to wait 30 mins before paying to leave. Not to mention that we had to call someone again to come take the payment. Could just been a very busy day overall lack of staff or something. I still recommend it there !

Nice area the restaurant itself is beautiful very chic very lavish decor and interior is beutiful very picturesque but the food is very average nothing outstanding. We got the burgers and the mixed shish with chips and mac and cheese it was okay. Prices are good not to expensive not cheap but wouldn’t recommend for a big occasion.
