Our server, Michelle, was outstanding! She's a great credit to the restaurant, and made my mom's 87th birthday lunch extra special.

It’s such a unique experience to eat outside in a heated gondola with a terrific view of the city! The waiters do their best to make sure your needs are met and the food is delicious!

We requested an igloo for the privacy and the experience. We were placed in an igloo with a non functioning zipper door. There was a piece of plastic taped, at the top of the opening, over the opening - the result was cold air constantly coming in! The heater was useless - we ended up with three blankets and extremely cold! Also, the table top - granite? - was like ice! The result was our plates, and food, quickly cooled off.

Made the reservation about 2 weeks prior. For what ever reason they tried sit us at the bar. They did accommodate us an seat us in the restaurant. They said it’s an issue with open table????

Have been here many times and have had great experiences. The food is amazing, but this experience was different. I’d made a reservation for the igloo, when we got there they did not have it. I even had called to confirm the day before. ( very frustrating) but they did seat us in one of the Carts which was fine. We just wanted to be somewhere quiet and it was very quiet. We got the charcuterie board as an appetizer and it was very disappointing. We always get it and this time it was small. There was only two types of cheeses and their variety was just very minimal. Our main food was delicious and cooked Just right. The service was just ok, a lot of miscommunication with thinking our drinks were ordered when they weren’t so little bit extra waiting.

Serves was good but the meal was overpriced . I think a server should earn the service fee it should not just be added.
