We strive to serve exquisite food and give excellent service. Dillard's specializes in traditional American steakhouse fare including Filets, New York Strips, Ribeye's, Wagyu, and more. Our side dishes range from Lobster Macaroni and Cheese to Garlic Smashed Potatoes, and are portioned to be shared with others at your table. The wine list is both exceptional and unique to this town as we tend to find wines that other dining establishments haven’t yet discovered. Our cocktail menu rotates with the seasons, utilizing fresh berries and herbs to highlight our spirits.

This is a steakhouse. They were completely out of all steaks. (And from reading other reviews it appears as though they have been out of steak for several days.). They were also out of the bacon appetizer that we ordered. We had to send the salmon back. It was full of bones and tasteless. We took friends here thinking it would be a great experience. It turned out to be an embarrassing experience instead. The photos make it look great. In reality it is a disaster.

We had an appointment, however we never got seated. After what seemed to be an eternity, an employee randomly walked up to us and noted the restaurant didn’t have enough staff and could not accommodate service. He suggested us leave and go somewhere else if we wanted good service and not have to wait long. Several others in line also began to leave after hearing this.

Arrived at 650pm for dinner and was in line for over 35mins behind other couples who had not been seated. Witnessed another couple leave as they had been there for 4hrs waiting, just to be told by a service around 730 that they closed the kitchen at 730. That makes no sense since we had reservations since last month. We come in from KY and never got to enjoy a lovely dinner. Poor poor service.

This restaurant needs help. They only had 2 servers and no management. We had reservations as did several guest but no communication. We waited in line for over an hour before the waitress said anything. This was the worse experience. The Westin Hotel should end the contract with Chophouse. This made the hotel look bad. I would not recommend this place.

I had these reservations for three weeks, it was Valentines Day, when we got there we stood at the door for about 10 minutes before anyone said anything to us. Then when someone did speak they proceeded to let us know that they were outta Everything, Steak.. Salem, Shrimp. Just about the whole menu they were out of. So of course we didn’t eat there. BUT you know it’s Valentine Day, you know you’re going to be busy.. so why not pre order what you need? It was just very poor!! All the way around! We wanted to try something new and couldn’t even do that.

I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to someone on death row as their last meal, because they wouldn’t get seated, greeted or served. Came on Valentines Day and the place had a total of three tables occupied so there is no excuse for this type of service.

Waited at hostess table for 15-20 minutes none showed up to seat people. There was a long line and people just started walking out because no hostess or waiter or waitress came to seat anyone. There were plenty of tables that were open. This was the absolute worse dining experience I ever had. We had reservations for 6:30pm and no one even came up to talk to us about setting down. Completely unprofessional and the manager of that restaurant should be ashamed.
