Dim Sum Library, is a refreshing evolution of the time-honoured Cantonese tradition - offering a selection of delicious dim sum prepared with new ingredients, textures, flavours and presentation, served all day in an elegant Hong Kong tea room.

These tasty new creations include "Black Truffle Har Gau", "Dan Dan Xiaolong Bao", "Black Pepper Wagyu Beef in Millefeuille pastry", "Cheung Fan with Squid Mousse and Crispy Tofu"and" Hokkaido King Crab and Sea Urchin Spring Roll" are among the delectable dim sum dishes on offer.

Unlike traditional dim sum restaurant, Dim Sum Library is fronted by a stunning Chinoiserie cocktail bar, guests can enjoy a full selection of classic cocktails, wines and spirits as well as bespoke Chinese tea cocktails. For those who enjoy a game of Mahjong in the afternoon, the tables at Dim Sum Library’s Mahjong Parlour, discretely concealed at the rear of the restaurant, are a perfect place to play.

Food was alright; not as good as our last visit in 2019. Service was a tad better and place was pretty quiet for a Sunday lunch.

Food has been consistently tasty since it first opened. Truffle chicken is always one of our favourites. Service is a bit "cool" though - could be friendlier.

Excellent food and vibe. Just when my family and I thought we were already full, we ordered some deserts and finished them all.

The food at both Chinese restaurants of the nearby hotels are clearly better than Dim Sum Library. The standards at Dim Sum Library have dropped quite badly.

It was a rushed experience dining at DSL. From the start, the food was served before my guests had arrived. Then, before the alloted time was up for turning the table, the bill was unceremoniously and abruptly pushed literally right in front of my face but a wordless staff. Poor service experience that can surely be improved.

The dim sum dishes were average in taste and so was too expensive from that perspective. The service was passive at best and cold. But food came out on time and served hot. One of us asked for water but we got served expensive bottled water when we wanted tap. We just took it but the server should have checked given how much a bottle of water costs.

Crowded and noisy place, and service was slow. Dim sums were fine but tea was tasteless.

Very good food, friendly staff and as usual, ambience is very good. A good place for business and social lunches / dinners.

Good food and good venue. Dim sum and truffle fried rice is good. Waiter accommodates updating order to 4 pcs for dimsum so we can all have 1 pc. - Tables are too close - the next table was very noisy and was making it difficult for us to talk. -Mains portion is very small - cod fish - literally 5 thin sashimi slices. Below expectation for HKD 300.
