   A wonderful gathering for the Westford area. The chef, catering manager, and staff were super friendly and genuinely offered their assistance. The food choices were excellent and made all of our guests quite satisfied.

   In years past I've heard amazing things about the Westford Regency Brunch. It used to be extremely difficult to get a reservation here. As of 12/29/24 it's a joke. The good options are extremely small, the scrambled eggs, waffles and French toast looked dried up, the chicken tortilla soup looked greasy, the quinoa salad was not good. The waitress was pleasant enough but lacked friendliness and obviously did not want to be there. The woman in red, who I assume was in charge, spoke down to one of the Hispanic women that was working there. They don't serve mimosas or any alcohol until 11(this is not advertised when booking or on their website). This is NOT worth $25.95/ adult. Will never go again.

   We have been for brunch before, but it was very much changed. There was no omelet station or carving station when the website advertised those options. The dessert selection was pitiful. Even at the venue there were flyers listing the omelet & carving stations. The waitstaff was nice, but we waited for 15 minutes before going to the buffet line without being approached for a drink order. I brought my sister here for a birthday celebration and was very disappointed.

   The buffet dining area was very quiet and mostly empty of guests. There was nice piano music in the background. Everything was fresh and hot. Service was good and this has to be one of the best breakfast buffet or brunch buffets around for the money! Definitely worth a little ride to visit. We’ll be back!

   We love the Westford Regency Brunch, but didn't know they do a scaled down version for Summer. The scaled down version consists of left overs from the complimentary breakfast served to guests of the hotel, so it has been sitting out for hours. It was horrible. I will try the brunch again this fall, but never go to the Westford Regency brunch during the summer.

    I had been to the Westford Regency for brunch in the past, and it was really well done. Not anymore. The food was pretty bland. No carving station. All the food was in chafing dishes. Some items were luke warm, others were cold. Pancakes and waffles were ice cold. The beef option was so over cooked it really shouldn't have been served for a buffet. The scrambled eggs were good, and the made to order omelet were too. There was no ambience at all. The tables for the food were huge, but the chafing dishes were spread out so far apart to "fill" the space. The dessert table was a long banquet table with 20 slices of cake, so it looked like an afterthought or abandoned. Use smaller tables, put some flowers in between stations. Any decor would have helped give an appearance of effort. Service was very slow to get our drinks. The server took our orders for 3 coffees, a milk, a hot tea and an orange juice. We did get coffee and tea after 20 min. I got the oj and milk myself, which was fine, but why take the order if you're not going to bring it? Two of us ordered Bloody Mary's. They came in 25min and looked like watered down tomato soup. No garnish, no flavor. It wasn't an elegant brunch like pre-COVID days. It was a basic breakfast in a hotel lobby.
