   I recently had the pleasure of enjoying brunch in the Venetian dining room, nestled within the historic Arlington Hotel, and it was nothing short of stunning. The atmosphere was simply wonderful, blending the hotel's rich history with modern elegance to create a unique and charming dining experience. Equally impressive was the service. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, brunch in the Venetian dining room at the Arlington Hotel provided a memorable experience with its wonderful atmosphere, excellent food, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

   I highly recommend the Sunday Brunch at The Arlington Hotel and Spa in Hot Springs Arkansas! I understand the pricing due to the cost of everything these days, but do wish they had a senior rate. Thank God tomorrow at noon prices of everything should come down and be Awesome for at least the next 4 years. Either way I will do this meal again! Lots of food, lots of choices, and everything was so fresh. The restaurant is roomy, plenty of space to move around easily. Employees were friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast room service was also very good. I wish I had tried Supper here, instead of going out to a steak restaurant. I know it would have been better than what I got elsewhere.

   Poor wait time management. 25% food availability upon arrival on buffet. Excellent pork chops, good prime rib with everything else mediocre when food finally became available. Desserts tasted and looked store bought. Kitchen was definitely not prepared for 6:30-8:00 pm crowd. Food became available at 8:30. Disappointing for $60 buffet. Arlington can do better.

   We have eaten at Arlington several times and each time has been a good experience. However, this time was not. We paid for the NYE buffet, $60 a person, this was not a good experience. There were no plates available each time we went to go through the buffet. Several of the food items were empty, and they were very slow to remove used plates off the table, so there would be no room to eat. I understand they were very busy, but they should have prepared better for this event, especially with the with what they were charging.

   The worse meal we’ve had in years. Very institutional food, meaning “from a can”. The only fresh food was the roast beef, smoked salmon, & lettuce. Totally, totally not worth the price.

   Horrible experience. Our overall dining time was 2.5 hours. It took 20 minutes for service to arrive at our table to take drink orders, despite only 10 tables being served. The server was highly inexperienced. It took another 30 minutes to receive our drinks (we were told the bar in the lobby placed walk ups ahead of restaurant orders), and then another hour (1 hour 45 minutes after seating) to get served food. The order was wrong. Then, the bill was wrong. Our food was served cold. Total check was $240. We were VERY disappointed. We do not recommend this restaurant.

   Great venue. Salad bar, entree and carver stations all very good. Would have given five stars, but dessert options weren’t as advertised. Pecan and Pumpkin pie were the only edible options. Cookies were overcooked and hard as a rock. No cheesecake, lemon pudding, chocolate mousse cake, carrot cake, Tiramisu ? Was told deserts were pretty much all gone? How’s that possible when reservations let the chef and crew know how many are going to be needed to be served? Price point of buffet warrants the full advertised menu; not limited.

    Our reservations were at 2:15 & we weren’t seated till 2:45. Our server wasn’t very attentive. We had the buffet, but had difficulty getting our silverware & water refills.
