Great time and good food. They didn't have the red snapper, but the branzino was also very good.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! We had a 7:30 reservation for 4 this past weekend which had been confirmed. An hour before the reservation time, I received a voicemail from Niki stating we would like to talk to you within the hour regarding your reservation for 4, please call us back. When I called back, the man that answered the phone did not know the reason for the call and would have the manager call me back. I did not receive a call and went to the reservation as scheduled. Upon arrival, the hostess said the reservation was for 1 and that the restaurant called to see if more were part of the reservation. I showed her the transcription of the voicemail that said reservation for 4 and she said ok here is your table. We were the only people in the indoor dining section and only a few outdoor tables had guests. It took 2 hours to get our entrees which were TERRIBLE! The chicken skewer and fries were cold, the lamb chops were over cooked and chewy and the chicken Marsala was made from canned chicken! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Side note….Many guests came in after us and received their food in a reasonable time and appeared to enjoy their food. The wait staff said “the kitchen is behind” upon multiple inquires of the status of the meals. A member of my party spoke to the manager who discounted the meals 50% for the extended wait time. However, he never came over to discuss with the table the situation or to see if the meals where acceptable!!! The entire staff avoided us after our meals were dropped off. The only positive experience here was the dip appetizer and drinks were tasty! We left $200 poorer (after 50% discount) and hungry! Thank God McDonalds is open 24 hours! Save your money, don’t eat here!

Overall great dinner! Seating outside seemed booked yet no one was really there in the tables we wanted. Empty when we hit there and stayed empty for 2 hours and were still empty when we left….

The food was amazing, but the service was absolutely horrible. The food made up for the lack of service.

Review I was not able to give anything lower than a 1 star rating which I would have preferred. 8:45 pm We arrived at this restaurant late in the evening after traveling all day. We were very hungry. We were seated inside at an empty table (no waters or set ups) and immediately brought the menu up on our phones with the QR code. A waitress came by only to tell us she would be back. 9:10 pm We requested water and to order. Had to wave down a second waitress bc ours had never returned. Got water & ordered. 9:40 pm. We waved our waitress down and asked for a refill of water and asked if the food was close. She said it “should be” because food was coming out of the kitchen. That is what she said... then didn’t go into the kitchen but back outside to check on tables. 10:00 pm. We waved down another waitress bc ours had never returned and was not making eye contact. We said we were going to leave. We were told our food should be out any minute but she would go check on it. She went straight into the kitchen and came back 10 min later to tell us our food order had NEVER BEEN DELIVERED TO THE KITCHEN! 10:15 pm. Manager comes out and tells us it was a problem with the printer in the kitchen. We pointed out that our waitress was well aware that our food had not been delivered and had not once gone to check on it or this mistake would have been found earlier. He admitted that was true and said she was “new”. He offered us our meal for free but we would have to wait for them to make it. He also said he could bring out some apps more quickly. We were so frustrated by this point, we said no. We walked out the door having had nothing but two glasses of water each. Still very hungry but by this time only a couple of places are even serving food. All and all....a disaster.

Food was delicious, and a very good value. Liked the outdoor dining, but the service was a bit slow. Servers were very nice but seemed a bit disorganized. Will be back to try again, most likely for dinner.

Outdoor music loud and weird sound. Prob should have done some light jazz. Server very good. Drinks and apps came out fast. Meals took 1.25 hours. We were ready to leave and settle the bill for drinks/cocktails. Between the loud/weird music and food that took forever, it wasn’t a great experience for Mother’s Day. The food was very good and large proportions. May try again

The atmosphere was great right in the middle of downtown. Nice view of the city, good food and good service

Fantastic food. Good portions. Waiter Dio was great. A little slow and 2 meals came very late, but apps provided to those waiting. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
