   Lovely restaurant with great ambience. We opted for the set lunch which did not disappoint the food was delicious, also great portion size. We also had a couple of cocktails two for £10 . I would highly recommend Divino's.

   Beautiful venue, fantastic tasty food, quality. Clean, warm temperature and a relaxed vibes. Staff all helpful. Toilets lovely, a little more pricey but worth it for all of the the other boxes it ticks Would highly recommend it.

   We had metal shaving in one of the dishes , like from a cleaning scrub ( really dangerous for the gut). My main course was forgotten. I felt embarrassed as I recommended this place to the group. Solution - one person in the party one free zero alcohol drink. We didn't pay service charge, we are a team who look after a 4 star hotel so this stood out as really poor given our industry.

   Dear Steven, Firstly, we are very grateful for recommending our restaurant to your colleagues. It is regrettable that the evening didn’t go exactly to your liking. As far as the metal shaving is concerned, immediately we offered to do a new dish where your colleague seemed to be very happy rejecting the offer and telling our staff not to worry. As far as one dish not arriving, genuinely, we had a technical error whereby the check printed in error, however the server immediately raised the issue and the chef gave priority to your dish and in no time cooked your dish and served. We’re always open to constructive criticism in particular from fellow industry people. The fact that we were extremely busy, is not an excuse, however we hope to do better for you in the future.    The food was fabulous. Had a slight issue which was quickly sorted and I wasn't charged for that course, also I was given a complimentary dessert, so excellent customer services. Would definitely visit again next time we are in Harrogate

   The service was poor ! The kitchen service was poor. No communication regarding cake was misinformed about price - the food was low in value and service . Would never recommend this place for a celebration. Had loads of tomatoes and onions as garnish !!!

   Dear mahrewn, You booked for 9 but only 6 arrived. Your short review about the kitchen service being poor, does not make sense, but on that matter the rest of your comments are terribly unfair. Your starters and mains order was taken which was read back to you, but when serving, not only you said they were wrong, you also wanted them to be served all together which you never asked in the first place. Regarding the cake, the prices are there and we can’t quite follow how it’s misunderstood and kept confusing the staff on how you want it served. Our garnishing is not excessive and we’ve never had any comments to that effect. Finally, you said that you work for NHS and we decided as a goodwill gesture to refund you the service charge though there was no issues. Kind regards, Divino Harrogate

   Really lovely environment and exceptionally good food with first-class service. We were staying at Rudding Park hotel and came into Harrogate for an evening meal and the team were incredibly friendly and we had a lovely evening in the restaurant. The food was beautiful and the team were very attentive throughout the meal. Would definitely recommend. We were there for a meal for two but there seemed to be small groups having an equally pleasant experience!

   We received wonderful service from our waiter. The food was fresh and tasty. The 2 course set lunch menu was very good value.

    Genuinely 10/10 dining experience, food was phenomenal, fried chicken was lovely, spaghetti bolognaise had great taste also. Lovely staff couldn’t do enough for you. Great scenic restaurant. Perfect for date nights
