   I called ahead to ask if the Fondue was available at all times and was told it was on the menu all day. Drove a long way and paid for parking to get there to find out they didn't have the cheese to make it even though I called and checked the day before. Very disappointing and ruined our outing. So we left without eating.

   The service was quite slow even with the restaurant and lounge both with minimal guests. The risotto was delicious, but my parent's burgers were very underwhelming for $25, especially when compared to other restaurants in the area who's burgers are phenomenal for significantly less.

   I've had some great meals here in the past but the last couple times have been disappointing. Last night we were told that 5 of the 8 items on the mains menu were unavailable so we all had the salmon which was ok but not great. Same for the "calamari oyster mushrooms" which it turned out were battered deep fried, not really tempura which was how they were described on the menu. Disappointing

   The food at the Dockside restaurant was good however the ambience was very poor. It was loud, children running around, too many people for the amount of food, the area around the food was dirty and there was not enough food. Our server was attentive and kind. We were seated at the main route to the food and we had people stopped and waiting to pass others by our table. We did ask to move and our server moved us without question. Not worth the money at all.

   The ambience is nice and the staff very friendly. The food was excellent BUT perhaps they're not used to doing a buffet. It was Christmas dinner and they continually ran out of things- including lobster, the main attraction, as well as other things until they ran out completely. Our server, while very nice and trying to be attentive was either very inexperienced or poorly trained as they kept taking plates before we were done along with silverware without replacing it. For $150/pp I definitely expect more for buffet maintenance and service.

   Christmas dinnner , was cold food, they never replenished fast food, said Lobster but was always out line ups were crazy long would not suggest to anyone

   The buffet was not worth the cost. We were a table of 9 and all of us waited ridiculously long times in line only to find out that the lobster ran out. The desert table was also not up to the level expected in a high end restaurant. The server was very nice, but overall we were very disappointed.

   Came here for Christmas brunch buffet. Selection of food was ok. The problem was, that stations were not being refilled. So if your sitting was later, ours was at 1pm, you were not able to try it all, as many food options by that time were already either cold or finished :( Omelette with mushrooms was cold, all hot section - potatos, Brussel sproutes, grilled tomatos - were cold. No turkey left, cheese board half empty, smoked salmon was gone. And there were still ppl coming later. Should not charge people the same price at 11 am and 1-2 pm, if you cannot refill the stations:( and then they take 20% tip, no option to choose, just mandatory included in the bill for 2 glasses of wine & half empty food trays :( not worth a price and disappointing:((((
