Warm and attentive welcome by the staff - nice traditional pub. Fire was alight which gave a cosy atmosphere. Food however was inedible I’m afraid. Literally couldn’t cut the roast beef with my knife. Roasted veg appeared to be deep fried. Disappointing as was recommended

Always a cracking evening at the dog house. Been living in London for 28 years and would hands down say this is the best place to watch sport, have a good meal, and be well cared for by staff!

Nice ambience, reasonable food. Mainly burgers on a Saturday afternoon. One female member of staff seemed to dislike everybody who came in - guess we don't have to take it personally! Everybody else was great.

Had a Sunday Roast. Was absolutely delicious! Portions are so big and you get everything you would want from a roast. Some of the best crispy roast potatoes I’ve had! Will definitely be back again! Service was friendly too!

Terrible experience all around. This is not a seated meal. We booked for Sunday roast we had to stand and go to the counter every time we want something whilst navigating through long tables and people, you cannot actually have a bill for your table when you have a meal, absolutely ridiculous. We were seated next to the TV with sports on - as soon as the football started I was not able to talk to the person next to me. Food is average, potatoes were hard rock, beef cut was wrong and we had to ask for napkins- table of 5 we were given cutlery for 3. They are not equipped for the basic drinks like Bloody Mary, the barman asked if I wanted ice in my g&t, we decide to go across the street after this interaction. For the price tag you need to train your staff
