   Had dinner with a friend. The service was fine at first and then non existent. The food was ok. I had short rib pasta which was not great. The chicken bites were fine. Overall, a decent option in the neighborhood but not amazing.

   Second time dining here. The first time I came it was delicious, such a beautiful restaurant and the food was very yummy and server was amazing. For our second time here it was disappointing, our servers were sparse, (we were even told the server we would eventually have was on break… ) food dropped, and items from the menu had to be ordered multiple times to get them. Our appetizer and second glass of wine was almost forgotten if we didn’t remind them. Bathroom had no toilet paper or soap. Food was good but bad service can really make or break your dining experience. The restaurant didn’t have many diners but there was ample staff.

   Food was quite good but service was slow and forgetful with server asking the same question 2-3 times. Music was good- suggest sitting upstairs as downstairs very loud

   Great food, loved the DJ and the music , the waitstaff is so friendly and professional!! We will definitely be back!! Especially perfect place for a party!!

   Great support from the server of our group. I’d say this is a bit more tourist brunch with limited options focused on bottomless drinks than having more traditional breakfast choices with lunch options. Food itself was good particularly the French toast.

   Had a overall good experience at Dolly Varden but its important to note that their online menu and specials are very different from the actual ones at the restaurant. The main reason my friends and I decided to come here on a Saturday night was the late night happy hour that the website claims happens seven days a week from 10pm-close and included specialty cocktails. So of course we were disappointed when we arrived and the waitress told us that that happy hour is only on weekdays. Additionally, some online menu items we had planned on ordering like the oysters were only available on weekdays at select times. The food we did end up ordering was delicious though! & the cocktail tree we ordered was very cute and we loved all our drinks (although it is priced at $70 online and $75 in person). Definitely would go back but without the expectations we had after looking at the online menu! Hopefully they update it :)

    A great experience! Food & drink were delicious ( mimosas were especially tasty & coffee was strong & hot). The service was terrific; we loved the ambiance. Would definitely go back.
