    The staff apologized to us because the Thanksgiving menu was sold out. We had a reservation for 8:00 PM, but when we sat down, there was practically nothing left to eat except the Kids’ Menu, which is what we ended up ordering. They were very kind—the manager and staff did their best to make up for it. In the end, we didn’t even have to pay, but we were a bit disappointed because we didn’t get to try the food from the menu.

    Ran out of all of there main dishes and appetizers for Thanksgiving dinner by 730pm. Total disaster for our holiday.

    We were anticipating a wonderful four course Thanksgiving dinner. With 3 choices for courses 1-3 and two for the fourth course. We were seated 30 minutes late because of kitchen troubles and immediately informed that the turkey entre was no longer available and only one choice for starter and two for the first course. In time only one of the eleven choices were left. It was a disaster and terrible evening. Do not go to this restaurant.

    Had a Thanksgiving reservation for 7:30. Seated at 8:10. Half of the prix fixe was no longer available. Ordered from what was left. An hour later we are told the second course was no longer available and third course was limited to only the fish. We had no choice but to order pizza for thanksgiving or leave. We left. Worst experience ever

    We bought a price fix 3 course menu. Reservations at 7 got seated at 8. They ran out of everything but the snapper and the salad. They comped the whole meal but even what we ate wasn’t very good. Horrible experience for thanksgiving

    My husband and I were in town for the first time visiting over Thanksgiving. We anticipated needing a reservation so I snagged a reservation for after 7 pm. We arrived about 5 minutes early but ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seated. Then realized quickly the preset menu for the holiday coursed meal had been reduced even from the one on the door and on their website. We were a bit disappointed but went with it as we could see the staff seemed frantic and embarrassed at the situation unfolding. In the end we had a small salad (only appetizer left), no second course, a fish course (again, only option) and tiramisu that was unfortunately not very good but again, the only option. We had the meal comped and the wait staff was really great! The food we had other than dessert was actually amazing so we were disappointed that we did no get to have a better culinary experience. Not sure what happened and I would probably recommend it on a regular day but it was a little unfortunate to have such an awkward dinner without any explanation as to what was happening and why. No one really had a good alternative and it left us feeling bad for the staff that clearly were having the worst shift on a holiday of all days! I hope management takes care of them after it was all said and done.

    We came for the Thanksgiving prefix dinner. The starter soup was cold. By 7pm they had run out of almost everything so only some in our party were given food. But we were only told this after an hour of waiting. We were told our dinner would be comped but then we were brought the bill. When we brought it up with the waiter, he seemed annoyed, snagged the bill and walked off. We had to flag him down to hand him his tip (he seemed very annoyed by this). We know it was not his fault at all but the attitude in the end was souring. Just a huge disappointment.

    Some of the dishes were all stars like the turkey and the short rib. Some were misses like the main course fish and the appetizer with the pumpkin and blue crab. I thought the gnocchi was mediocre, but my son thought it was the best thing he ate.

    We were there for thanksgiving lunch. Unfortunately there was only a thanksgiving menu that was really on average except for the price which was high Service was average too. A big disappointments for a big bill!

    Great food , mine and my wife’s anniversary, she had the berry merry , I had an old fashioned , bruschetta for an appetizer that was amazing! We shared a calabrese pizza and we very pleased with the food , service , and over all experience 5 stars a must try .
