We visit Don Sanchez on every visit to Cabo. The staff, food, service, ambiance are all fantastic! The table side Caesar is a must and every other dish we’ve had is always delicious. This visit we had the Ancestral Mole, Octopus and Churros. All amazing!

The food is amazing! Delicious, beautifully presented and unique combinations. Excellent wine list and very special cocktail offerings. Wait staff is the best we’ve encountered anywhere. Beautiful surroundings as well.

The ambiance and service were exceptional ... and exceeded only by the meals we were served ... which were ample in quantity and flawless in presentation. We are looking forward to returning in order to further explore the menu.

The restaurant is beautiful. Even the ladies room was awesome! The service was outstanding. The food was creative and tasty. The saxophonist was great, and his music selection as well as the music that played before he started, was great. All classics. Just a top rate experience. Kudos to Rene our waiter. Great young man, and extremely professional and knowledgeable!

Our experience was almost as close to perfection as you can get. The staff were very welcoming from the time we arrived until we left. We shared the Caesar Salad, prepared at our table, and the Braised Short Rib, served on a bed of wild mushroom Risotto, with roasted vegetables on the side. The flavors were all superb. Santiago was our main server, we'll supported by other staff. We could not have been more impressed and will definitely return to experience more of their menu.

We had many lovely experiences in Cabo, but this restaurant by far outshined all of them. The menu was phenomenal and the presentation and taste exquisite. If you are a foody, this is a DO NOT MISS! Imagine a warm soup with ice cream, just as a starter. Incredible!
