   I recently dined at this restaurant, and overall, the experience was just okay. I had high hopes for this place, especially since I made a reservation in advance. Unfortunately, my experience started on the wrong foot. Despite arriving on time, I was left waiting for an additional 20 minutes with no clear explanation or apology. It was frustrating, especially since I had planned ahead to avoid a wait. The service was decent, but my main issue was with the steak I ordered. It was cooked incorrectly the first time, so I had to send it back. When it was returned, it was obvious that it had been microwaved rather than freshly remade, which really took away from the quality of the dish. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to enjoy my meal. While the rest of the food was acceptable, the mishandling of the steak left me disappointed. I expected better attention to detail, especially for the price. I will NOT be coming back!

   Neighborhood gem with amazing food, generous portions, friendly staff. Music on other side (certain nights) is great!

   My husband and I live in the same town as Donny G's. It was our 1st time there. What a gem. We will be back. The service from the minute we hit the door was outstanding. The drinks and food were so good. We savoured every bite of both our meals. We had the whitefish and rotini w/ meatballs in parm. sauce. The bread and oil/cheese appetizer was yummy. The Pasta Fagioli soup, and Cesar's salad were spot on. We were so pleased and couldn't say enough. It is so hard to get a good meal for the value nowadays. We can't wait to bring our family there. The waitress was warm and friendly. I have a feeling this will become our "go to place" Give it a try, you will be pleasantly pleased.

   Great ambience, Great food and everyone in the restaurant is so nice. You feel like it’s family they treat you so good thank you Danny, George, and the outstanding staff.

   The food was amazing our waitstaff great! This is our third time @ Donny G’s and every time we’ve had some thing different and each meal has been amazing. The entertainment later in the evening was a blast all the regulars got up and started dancing, you have to give Donny G’a a try there’s a reason it’s been in business so long!

   Food was amazing! Ambiance was great! Our sever was super super nice and knowledgeable but was quite slow. In her defense we didn’t see another server on our side of the restaurant so maybe she was alone. We will definitely be back for live music and food and wine! Great value! Awesome old school feel!

    Excellent "old world" type Italian restaurant. Very comfortable ambience and the live music was great! The service was good could've been a bit better in terms of attentiveness but overall good. The food portions especially the veal were too small/thin for the $38 dollar price.
