   Food 10/10 Service 10/10 ambience 10/10 shoutout to our waiter his name began with an S and he wore glasses he’s great! Sorry I can’t remember your name. We got the tasting platter,chicken biriyani, bone marrow butter naan, aloo gobi, and butter chicken and everything was perfect. Chicken biriyani is a huge portion, warning u!!!

   It was probably my 5th visit to Doolally. One of the staff behaved extremely I appropriately on the evening of 20th of April. He had a clean shaven head and probably Spanish/Italian speaking. He literally threw the serving spoon on our bowl of rice and the spoon actually fell on the table on asking him to change the spoon he blabbered something quite angrily in his own mother tongue and lightly patted on the back of my chair! This behaviour is neither expected nor acceptable from a staff! As a woman and most importantly as a customer I felt extremely humiliated and embarrassed! I brought this to the assistant restaurant manager’s attention(the lady at the reception wearing pink jumper)! Overall I had an extremely bitter experience at the restaurant !

   The service was excellent and the food delicious. The dessert was not what I expected. I ordered the ice cream sundae. When it arrived it was 3 scoops of ice cream drizzled with caramel and chocolate. Definitely not what an ice cream sundae is. I will definitely be back but would just stick to the tasty mains.

   Great food and excellent service. The noise level was a little difficult for my Mom but it's a very big restaurant so it's always going to be loud and noisy

    Food wasn’t great. Expected a bit better to be honest considering the price. Starters and sides were nice but curries weren’t very nice.
